Service is always - personal, so if you go to branch in any Dili - reserve one hour minimum. The rates a bit lower than others. Mobile app is priority in internet bank.
I came to this bank for a couple of hours to get a card. I received a ticket, a couple of minutes later I was accepted by an employee Anna. She explained everything, told me, got the card. There was a problem with getting the code to the phone when activating the card through an ATM, but she quickly made several statements and sent them to the main office. As a result, after an hour or two, she was able to solve a complex problem that any other employee would have spent days and weeks on.
As a result, I managed to catch the bus, for which many thanks to Anna!!!!
I asked the manager a simple question: how much does the card cost for a non-resident. The answer was processed for 20 minutes really: searches on the site, calls, some kind of reasoning out loud "it seems 15 thousand, maybe 12, there are 25". In general, prices for non-residents are draconian, and the service is poor on first impression.
