A very long wait, I took a ticket and still waited for half an hour. But the service itself went great. Politely, quickly, pleasantly! In general, I recommend it!

I took the ticket and went to window number 5, the bank employee was talking on the phone and obviously not on a work topic, I waited 10 minutes sitting opposite her, only after that the employee decided to go about her business, not to mention that she did not even say hello. The service is terrible, I was the only customer of the bank at that moment.
