I don't like this bank. The service is lame on both legs. This does not apply specifically to this office, but to various branches. They talk to you as if they're doing you a favor. It's very unpleasant. Of course, there are rare pleasant employees, but this is rare. I don't recommend it.

Good evening . I would like to draw the attention of the head of the bank. Because such rudeness on the part of a bank employee is not acceptable. I was standing in line at the checkout. There was an older woman standing in front of me. So the cashier of cashier number 7 almost brought this woman to a heart attack . The woman was of an age and from the conversation I realized that she was receiving a pension.In short, she left in tears.Then she took hold of me. She answered rudely and talked away. My question was resolved I don't remember how long later.By the way, she is also rude and worked very slowly. And there was a big queue at the cash register next to it. And I realized that it was also for her because the cashier asked her for something and she probably didn't do it.And as I passed some papers through the window, the queue dispersed. It's a pity I don't know her name. The brunette at the box office number 7
