There is a sauna, where the temperature is 45-55
Hammam: thick white pure steam, temperature 60-70
There are two pools. One large one is 10 by 25m, the depth is more than 1.5 and warm. The second pool is small 5 by 4 and cold. (you need a hat in both pools, and you can't wear underwear)
Masters of pilling and massage work in the sauna.
Kitchen. Well, this is a separate topic. There is a decent kitchen in this bathhouse! If I don't have time to eat there, I order a takeaway.
There is also a salt room. In general, it's good, but for some reason they made a poisonously bright multicolored backlight. Blue, red, green. It's creepy. A subdued warm white light would be perfect there. If you want interactive, then let the intensity of the light change, but not its color. A couple of years ago they had repairs, I drew the attention of the staff to the harm of this light to the eyes, but...
But) the poisonous blue salt room does not change the overall positive impression of this place.

Де люксом здесь и не пахнет, но пахнет какими-то спертым запахом сразу при входе. Возможно лет 10 назад это и была люксовая баня, но сейчас это баня средней руки.
Цена 2500 за вход, два бассейна и большие парилки, но в помоченной достаточно хамский персонал, который начинает сразу орать на посетителей, а не спокойным тоном обьясняет.
Туалет очень грязный, стекло все в разводах, смесители сломаны и болтаются из стороны в сторону, сам унитаз вообще выглядит как вокзальный, неприятно заходить.
В помоченной затирка на плитке стен уже во въевшихся разводах, краны и душевые тоже уже накладом дышат.
Две парилки и хамам. Пар конечно тоже далек от настоящей бани, но здесь в городе он почти везде такой. Стойкое ощущение что здесь грязно, я не знаю как это объяснить, но все это в мелочах и запахе.
Если вам нужна средняя баня, то это хороший вариант, но точно не высшего разряда. Повседневная средняя баня.
Не обманывайтесь на название люкс.
Итог: люкс 10 летней давности за которым не ухаживают и не обновляют.
Я был здесь первый раз и последний раз.

Была 2 раза . Баня хорошая, но как вокзал . Я незнаю во сколько там надо быть чтобы людей было мало . Из за бассейна детей очень много, моечных мест мало. Кухня так себе 😕. Наверное надо цены поднять и по кухне повара поменять .

Твердые 5 звёзд, большая и народная баня. Кто то мне говорил фу , там все затрепано, но я с этим полностью не согласен. Баня то что надо для отдыха душой и телом. Особенно рекомендуется тем кто впервые в Актобе.

Неплохое место, смутило что в бассейне нельзя плавать в купальнике) вода холодная , но при этом белье нужно снять…. Великолепный век прям! Массаж на 2 этаже отдельное спасибо девушке, очень понравился) так же можно перекусить и попить чай после бани)

Арасан Делюкс вип - хорошие выбор для компании друзей и семейного отдыха! Есть бассейн , хорошая парилка сауна, комната отдыха, вкусные блюда - особенно шашлык баранина кусковой. По стоимости очень приемлимые вариант.

Отличная общественная баня. Есть хамам, сауна с парогенератором, я бы её назвал парогонкой с веником. Бассейн, соляная комната, массаж и пилинг за доп плату, но цены нормальные и делают хорошо. На втором этаже кафе, брал сома жареного и пиво, все вкусно.
