For the first time, the waitress was friendly and recommended a drink to us.Everything was delicious, wonderful.
The second time I went to drink coffee and wait for my man to rent a car (rented).After that, we wanted to have lunch here together.
And then the circus began.Honestly there are no words to describe it) I've never seen such ridiculous behavior. The waitress Madina was sitting at the table in the hall with the customers and eating, I looked at the menu for a very long time, obviously she didn't care about me. She called, clarified the positions of interest and chose coffee with milk, after which Madina rolled her eyes and threw up her hands)))) ahahah that was something) and shouted coffee with milk and sugar from my table to the bartender)))) and dissatisfied, she trudged off to finish her meal. When the bartender made coffee, he asked her with sugar, he silently looked at him and they played at each other for a long time (what?) He asked me to tell him with sugar or not. In the end, the coffee was ready on the counter, and our lady Madina, who resembled a moody schoolgirl more than an adult at work, sat eating a second portion and chatting on the phone for the whole hall (I had never seen this anywhere before)) only after my reminder, she rolled her eyes again and went to the counter and brought me coffee.
Of course we didn't stay for lunch. Let's go to another place on the territory of Phoenix Beach, where friendly, nimble waiters are always smiling. It's better to go there, it's not cheaper there, but no one will spoil the mood with their psychos)
Although perhaps Madina is the weak link, and the rest are excellent workers)

Delicious, cozy, modern! We haven't been to Pegasus for 4 years, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything has changed!!! But as before, everything is fine! New design inside and out, space, air, comfort. Cocktails are crazy in a good way)) The food is out of competition!!! Especially the barbecue!) Coffee in Abkhazian is generally something! To all the staff, to all of them, I bow low for their work! We went, we go and we will go!!! Your Voronezh!

The whole family went to this restaurant while vacationing in Abkhazia.
The entertainment program is at its best:
A presenter, contests, music of various genres, national dances and the like. By participating in one of the contests, we managed to win a prize, which was very pleasant. The guys themselves respect, appreciate and protect their traditions, customs and culture very much, which was also very pleasing.
Meal:
We liked everything very much, and compared to other restaurants, we liked the food and drinks here the most. And even the simplest French fries were the most delicious here. At the same time, everything is democratic at prices.
Service:
In the afternoon, we booked a table for the evening without any problems, the waitress Emma served us, who reserved a table for us, and this is the best waitress in the world. She is very affectionate and sweet, polite and sincerely loves her job. She advised us something, if in doubt, and not with the aim of getting extra benefits, but sincerely, from the heart and with care, she created such a comfort in communication that we felt welcome and long-awaited guests.
Interior:
In terms of ergonomics, I did not find any flaws (although I am very picky about such things), except for very loud music, but this is normal for such establishments. The interior is very stylish, cozy, the cafe does not look big, but at the same time it is spacious.
The place is great, perhaps the best restaurant in this area, I highly recommend visiting!)))
