I really liked this hotel. Cozy, conveniently located, spacious rooms, wide beds, there is a table with armchairs in the room, a TV (but no Russian channels), air conditioning, a spacious bathroom. There are no problems with water, unlike some other hotels in Uzbekistan. Breakfast is generally a bomb! The food is very tasty and varied, one of the best breakfasts in my memory in hotels of this category (and I have traveled almost 40 countries, there is something to compare it with).
There are some joints that I didn't like. And the main one is the hood of the restaurant, located at the level of 2-3 floors in the courtyard, where the windows of our rooms overlook. Well, you can't do that, all the smells are dragged into the rooms as soon as you open the window or door.
Well, the common pain of all hotels in Uzbekistan is mattresses with a "stone" softness level :) I understand that it is good for the back, and in general, a person gets used to everything, even sleeping on the floor. But the guests are not used to :(
It's a very nice and cozy hotel.
Two floors. Atmospheric courtyard in the national style.
The rooms are clean.
Delicious breakfasts.
The staff is attentive and speaks several languages.
I always stay in Arba when I arrive in Samarkand.
The location of the hotel allows you to walk through the park (across the street);
Samarkand Arbat, a walking area with pebbles and shops, is also within walking distance.
I really liked the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The room has a refrigerator, a safe, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. There is a TV, but the channels are all national, although after the guided tours it is no longer up to the TV. Bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. There are all accessories in the bathroom. The staff is friendly, courteous, fulfills all requests. The cafe is beautifully decorated. Breakfasts are plentiful. There are a lot of delicious sweets, fruits, dried fruits, nuts. There is a good cafe in the same building. There is an Orthodox church and a church nearby. I highly recommend it.
Morning in Samarkand. We are leaving the hospitable Arba Hotel. It was unexpectedly pleasant to stay in such a magnificent hotel as part of an excursion tour, where the staff is very polite, attentive and very professional. It has been thought out to the smallest detail, starting with the reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, their decoration and ending with excellent breakfasts. Many thanks to the owner and all the staff! Photos of the decoration of corridors and attics, videos of breakfasts are not loaded (the location is very good, I recommend it!
We stayed at the Arba Hotel when we were on vacation in Uzbekistan. Excellent hotel with a convenient location.Comfortable rooms, with excellent beds. Our room was in the summer courtyard. It's very green and there's a smoking area. The hotel has a restaurant with Turkish cuisine.
Very good breakfasts. I really liked the receptionists. They are very helpful and friendly. They called a taxi for us, booked a restaurant for us, and ordered room service from the restaurant. It's a very nice hotel.
A magnificent, cozy and decent hotel!
Soon it will be able to claim 4 stars!
All the main indicators are beyond praise! These are: room service - perfect cleanliness; food-variety and the highest level, delicious, perfect, everything is fresh!
Such a warm atmosphere, very attentive young people at the reception.
You can fully book and accommodate, no one will regret it.
The location is very advantageous: close to the boulevard, an Orthodox church and a Roman Catholic Church, interesting historical monuments!
Great hotel! Thank you so much for your hospitality and high level of service! We stayed as part of a tour group for a few days in April. The room on the third floor of the double was spacious, clean and cozy. There were slippers in the room. The hotel also has excellent breakfasts, delicious and varied.
Very nice hotel! Even though it's three stars! Very clean rooms, clean territory! The staff is very polite! The breakfasts are very tasty and the assortment is great! It's not far from the center! There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance! I was satisfied, I recommend it!!!!!
Nice hotel, clean and cozy. Very friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfasts. The location is close to the sights of the city. Everything is within walking distance. On the downside, the tap water pressure is not very high.
We stayed for three nights in November 2024. I liked everything: the friendly staff, the rooms are clean, warm, the interior is authentic, the breakfasts are good. The location is excellent, all the sights are within walking distance. I recommend.
A very colorful and cozy hotel, built like oriental houses, with a garden inside. That's very beautiful. Wonderful rooms, everything is thought out. Excellent and very tasty and hearty breakfasts. Polite and attentive staff.
Nice cozy hotel near the old town.Everything you need is there:air conditioning, hair dryer (weak),refrigerator, kettle with coffee/tea sets. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, bottled water is always added. The staff is polite, breakfasts are plentiful, lots of fruits, in October:melons, watermelons, grapes, kiwi..The only drawback is weak Wi-Fi, the room on the second floor does not catch (although the router is on the wall in front of the door) and the shower cabin was leaking. At 1-2 o'clock it is quite enough. Thanks to the attentive staff!
It was at the end of April. I really liked the hotel. Polite staff. The rooms are clean. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories. The towel is being changed. Excellent breakfasts. Good location. Those who don't expect swans on their beds are the best.
Very nice hotel! Despite the old structure of the building, everything inside was done efficiently. The room is very warm, even hot (I arrived in winter).
The breakfast is good, everything is to choose from.
Disadvantage: in my room, the door to the toilet is not much fastened, and the location of the toilet and sink were slightly mistaken, you will have to stand at the sink leaning against the toilet from behind.
A wonderful hotel, you can safely put 3++.
Excellent location, interesting interior, especially if you get a room next to the courtyard. A good choice of buffet. Highly recommended!
A good hotel, fully justifying its three stars. It is located in the "Russian quarter" of Samarkand, in the city center. Cozy rooms, comfortable beds, towels are changed daily. They wash clean. All the amenities. Bottled water, tea, and coffee are provided every day. Buffet breakfast, varied food. The staff is very courteous. The only drawback is a weak Internet connection.
A good hotel within walking distance from Registan, with a national flavor, especially a beautiful breakfast room!the rooms are simple, but everything is clean and everything you need is there:both the refrigerator and the kettle, shampoos and gels are replenished.A good breakfast, there are hearty dishes, and many people like sweets, and there were a lot of fruits.I recommend. There are several cafes, a green park, shops nearby
We were in January. It was cool in the room because the windows were not tightly closed. The battery was there, but it didn't help much. But the air conditioner helped us a lot. Clear. There were problems with the water - either hot water was flowing or cold, it was very difficult to set up. The room had everything you needed and even an ironing board with an iron. The breakfast was quite diverse: eggs in three types, rolls, pancakes, jams, sauces, breakfast cereals, sausages, cheeses, vegetables and fruits, tea and coffee. We only stayed one night, so I don't know if they clean every day or not. There were various cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. Nice hotel, solid 3*.
An excellent hotel at 92 Mahmoud Kashgari Street, Samarkand. It is located within walking distance from the main attractions of the city. The rooms are spacious, large, bright, clean. The stated 3 stars, the price is consistent. Good and varied breakfasts. There is a Turkish cuisine cafe and a national cuisine restaurant nearby. There is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room.
The hotel is located within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the main attractions of the city and in a fairly quiet location. In the rooms in the "summer courtyard" there is no street noise at all. The rooms are quite large, decently equipped, but with a rather strange arrangement of sockets, which, moreover, are extremely few.
Breakfasts are very decent for hotels of this category. The staff is without complaints.
There are quite a few catering establishments in the vicinity, but for some reason they are increasingly specializing in Italian cuisine.
With a clear conscience, I can recommend the hotel to tourists who want to spend 2-3 nights in Samarkand.
Cozy, very friendly staff.
The atmosphere is antique.
The room has a TV, refrigerator, safe.
The breakfast is good, there is a variety.
Chorsu market is nearby, one metro stop away.
Nice hotel in a convenient location in Samarkand. The breakfasts are varied and hearty. The staff is friendly.
Near the University Avenue, there is a place to walk.
The hotel is chic, small, but very cozy. Stylized courtyard. The most delicious breakfasts. I recommend you to stay. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator.
The rooms are interesting, her colors are colorful. The area is calm, quiet at night. The air conditioners are quite normal. Price-quality ratio. The buffet is generally quite good. Everyone will find an option in the menu.
I liked everything very much, fast service, friendly staff, the owners of the establishment greet each guest personally pleasantly. The food is delicious and the prices are average
Great hotel. Clear. Polite staff. Daily cleaning and even a set of brush + toothpaste.
Varied meals in the morning.
There is a place to walk nearby.
We really enjoyed it.
Nice hotel. The staff is attentive, clean. The room is comfortable. Necessary little things in the bathroom. Excellent breakfasts, delicious and varied.
Beautiful interiors, spacious rooms, hearty breakfasts. Responsive staff, ready to help with any issue. There is an excellent Turkish restaurant in the hotel building with very reasonable prices.
The location is very convenient, the main attractions are just around the corner.
It was only 2 nights. Overall, it's nice, clean, the staff is polite and friendly.
There was practically no hot water in the bathroom, but after my request, an employee came and fixed everything.
A very cozy hotel at home! Warm, comfortable with original rooms! Quiet, the room has everything you need, from the tea area to the ironing board! Responsive staff, noiseless corridor, excellent breakfasts!
It is located on a quiet street in the city center. 3 floors without elevator.
We got a spacious 3-bed room on the attic 3rd floor.
The bed is not cheap, but a very hard mattress, my sore back did not like it. There is an air conditioner, a kettle (tea bags), a huge closet, or rather a dressing room, but only 3 hangers (it's good that there are a lot of hooks for clothes in the hallway). There is only 1 stool in the bedroom, but there are 2 comfortable sofas in the hallway. But the TV (big, with local and Russian channels (don't forget to turn on the receiver!)) there is only one in the bedroom.
In the bathroom, in addition to the shower cabin, there is a large Jacuzzi, but it does not seem to be connected to electricity. And there is something wrong with the water connection.
And the main oddity of the room. It has only 2 tiny windows under the ceiling – in the hallway and in the bedroom. There is 1 more regular-sized window in the bedroom, but it opens onto the corridor of the neighboring hotel and is carefully curtained.
Breakfast from 7 to 10, buffet. Of course, it is not "all inclusive" in Turkey, but it is quite decent. If something runs out, it is quickly added.
The hotel is clean, the equipment, except for the Jacuzzi, is in good working order. I can't say anything about cleaning – we only had 1 night.
The staff is friendly, but not very responsive – when asked to help with Russian channels, they answered "yes, yes, of course", but they came only the third time.
Simple, but clean, daily cleaning. The breakfasts are excellent. It is well located - a lively avenue with restaurants is three minutes away on foot, and Rigistan is 25 km away. And in the other direction, quiet walks along quiet streets and parks.
It is quite suitable for travelers. Good location, friendly staff, clean, welcome water is available. A good choice for breakfast. The only difficulty arises at check-in/check-out - there is no elevator. But the hotel staff helps to bring the luggage to the room (free of charge)). I recommend.
I really liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are wonderful. The staff is polite.Daily cleaning service. We'll come back on the next visit.I recommend.
A very cozy hotel.Everything is clean, comfortable, the room has air conditioning and everything you need. There is a large abundance of fruits and sweets for breakfast.Polite staff.I recommend those who go to Samarkand, you will not regret it.
Nice hotel. In the same building with the restaurant of the same name (I was not in it), but there are people.
The hotel has good breakfasts, fruits, pastries.
The rooms have a refrigerator, kettle, tea accessories, bottled water. In the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and brush, hair dryer. Take an iron at the reception.
The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, friendly staff.
There is a church nearby. Registon Square is a half-hour walk away.
