I want to leave a review on several criteria: they offered an air conditioner at an adequate stock price so as not to overpay for a more expensive model. There are no questions here, everything was by agreement.
Installing the air conditioner for five stars, the installer did everything quickly, neatly and completely satisfied.
But what an unpleasant surprise it was when the installed air conditioner did not meet the technical specifications of what is written in the specifications on the arctic climate website.
The website for the purchased air conditioner describes what a wonderful modern refrigerant r32 is in this device and which filters are three in one wonderful. As a result, an air conditioner with r410 refrigerant was installed. Let me explain that the choice of refrigerant was one of the main criteria, that is, there was a severe discrepancy. And of course, there was no talk about any three-in-one filters in the documentation.
As a result, the characteristic on the site was given to another modification of this model, Which misleads the buyer. There was an unpleasant aftertaste.
To explain how it happened, what it means, the company did not consider it necessary to answer me.

I was pleased with the price of the selected model and the quality, they immediately oriented the installation cost and gave explanations on the issues of concern.
