I had to go to their office 5 times just to get a card and access to the mobile application. Please note that in order to get full access to their mobile application, you need to submit a separate application to the bank, which, of course, none of the bank's employees told me about. They initially granted me access to the application only with the ability to view information. Tell me, dear bank employees, why does a person need an application if he cannot pay for anything in it, make a transfer or other operation?
