This branch provides a full range of banking services, there are comfortable sofas, however, due to the central "mission", the expectation of the service can be extremely high.
I do not rate the building or the office, but the work of the bank as such. In short, it did not meet expectations and does not provide the standard services expected from an ordinary bank.
One of the advantages is that you can open an account remotely. That's all. The fact that you can pay with a card is not one of the advantages - it is expected by default.
1. Opening an individual account instead of the promised 3-5 days took 1.5 months - to get feedback, you need to persistently achieve this. They requested the same data several times, and then, after approving the opening of the account, they delayed for another 2 weeks and again requested the previously provided data, after which the account was actually opened.
2. Compliance works according to the mood and is guided by very strange ideas: it requests the basis of a currency transfer, you provide it with a full and legitimate basis (contract), and they decide that they will use one point of the contract (so we will transfer the money), and they will not (and so we will not give you money to transfer). As a result, the required payments, for which the account was actually opened and very considerable sums were paid for opening and servicing, the bank refuses to carry out.
3. The personal manager service, which is purchased for at least a year and supposedly allows you to get a personal approach to service, including in interaction with compliance and currency control - in fact does not work and does not provide what was promised. And this "service" costs 400,000 AMD ($1,035), at least for non-residents. Firstly, the work of the personal manager himself cannot be called operational, and secondly, the manager does not solve anything, does not recommend, does not help, but simply is a transfer point - in fact, he does not provide any help.
4. Tariffs are not attractive (and for this reason deserve some kind of leniency in terms of banking requirements).
5. The original PIN code of bank cards, which you are given in envelopes, cannot be changed in the application "for security reasons" - only with pens in the ATM of Ardshinbank.
In general, I am disappointed with the work of this bank. If I had known in advance how much time, nerves, and money should be spent on opening an account and what the result would be, I would not have hesitated for a minute and abandoned this idea.
A disgusting, unreliable bank! Last time when transferring money from a card to another card of Ardshinbank, a large amount of money just hung in the air, leaving my account and not reaching the recipient, the problem was solved for two weeks! This time I urgently needed money on the card, I had important plans, I used an ATM and the money hung up again, with a simple deposit! The bank's employees are silent, look at the floor and can't decide anything except to leave a "request for funds" and promise that the issue will be resolved in 3 days. That's just terrible. There is no trust anymore. I will transfer to another bank.
It is better to go to the branches of this bank. The main office is here, there are too many queues, there is no parking, employees work at a pace because of this there are more mistakes. You have to stand in queues several times if you have a non-standard issue or several transactions. The design and interior decoration are impressive.
I made a card, I need very few documents for it, this is a plus, but otherwise there are solid disadvantages: when I made an application, they did not tell me that I had to come the next day and pay, I thought that when I received it, I eventually made the card for two weeks, I waited, but they did not even start making it and they didn't call me once, I called the bank 5 times myself.
In the application itself, nothing can be done except to look at the balance, neither transfers nor history are visible in the transaction history tab, however, if you click on the card itself, you can find the history there, I accidentally discovered it after three months of use, because it is not obvious. Notifications come in the app, in SMS, and in viber(?) I issued a second card two weeks ago, they told me that they would call in three days, as a result, I called the bank myself again.
I do not recommend the bank, the only advantage is the ease of obtaining a card

На один талон приходит вся организация из человек 5, каждый задает миллион вопросов про открытие карты и счета, потом они возвращаются и задают все вопросы по новой. Потом подходят еще люди без талонов и их усаживают и начинают оформлять, а ты сиди и жди, когда же наконец засветится на табло твой талон. Три дня хожу, пр полтора часа минимум в очереди. Пол жизни уйдет, чтоб открыть счет и карту.
Обычный банк.
Расстраивают очереди по часу, лучше записываться через EarlyOne
