Pleasant and smiling employees.
Some commentators write that they work slowly, but I did not notice this. Comparing with another fairly common bank in Armenia, they work very fast! (I always sat there for 2 hours, there is a chance to do everything in 30 minutes if I come on a more or less free day)

Compared to the commentators below, my experience in this branch of the bank was normal. I came, everything was explained, prompted. In less than a day, the issue of opening an account for an individual was resolved. Everything was normal. Yes, they work slowly, but this is how almost the whole of Armenia lives. If you are used to Moscow and its pace, you will have to get out of the habit if you live in Armenia))

I came specially in the morning, two cash desks barely work, I sat for an HOUR empty, approached the staff, began to hurry them, they say here is 1 person and you will be, as a result, two passed and so there was no my turn.
