Today I visited the famous book fair, which has been located on the third floor of the Arena City shopping center for three years. The first thing that greeted me was a closed parking lot on the third floor with a sign that someone was renting it. It was somehow strange to see it in such a respectable shopping center, as it is advertised everywhere. As I understand it, parking should be primarily for visitors if the administration is interested in them. The second thing that struck me was the cockroaches running around the floors. Dear administration!!! Take urgent action if you want people to come to your mall.
