Today I faced a very unpleasant situation in your fitness club: I was driving by with a 5-year-old child, she burst into tears and asked to go to the toilet, I parked the car and realized that I had to run up the stairs to you, there was nowhere else in principle, the child was in tears, barely calmed down, We came to you and explained the situation to the girl at the reception, she replied that the toilet was in the locker room and it was impossible to go there. Okay, but you could have taken the child there, she would have gone and that's it. I don't know, it wouldn't be a problem for me. But we had to face the "wall" and we couldn'T run urgently and look for a toilet where we COULD. It wouldn't be so funny if it wasn't so sad, but we still found more responsive people who understood the child's problem. I hope that this girl will NEVER find herself in a similar situation!
