A gorgeous place! This is not the first time we have visited this institution. The VIP room is perfect for a corporate party. The range of dishes is decent. The staff is polite and attentive. Cultural holidays are guaranteed!

The police!!! 2 uniformed officers in full ammunition. And just say something wrong. Aren't you scared? We go on and take off our jackets, like the norm. The guard is watching if you are not extinguished and do not lol pass. We're going down into the PIT, oh, I meant the Arena Hall. The entry price is 20p And what did you want? Have you seen what the dollar is for? Say thank you for not being 30. They hung up the bracelets and then shut up. There are usually no seats at the bar. The people are extinguished to the last. If you don't have any money, they'll pour it for you. If you're also a girl, they'll definitely try to invite you to a car party. Well, it's optional here. Networking at the table is almost not realistic. The receptionist, Kristina, says through a smile and clenched jaws, go fuck yourself.y. What did you say? I said tables will be available from 2 o'clock. All the tables are occupied. And the very first question is how many of you are? Less than 3, with no options. He just waits and prays, like in a movie about a witch. You can also draw circles around yourself, so as not to go crazy from what you see. And as soon as the first roosters crow, the music stops. The lights turn on and everyone has to leave the place as a matter of urgency because the staff is nervous and wants to go home to sleep. The menagerie is urgently running away and the sudden silence begins to put pressure and get on your nerves. And as far as we remember, Kristina's weakest point is her NERVES. Therefore, we all quickly go home, and God forbid someone looks at Kristina's monitor for sure, she doesn't like it.

We went to this place on a weekday, everything was great.The staff is generally excellent, but on the 1st floor when they went to pick up the jackets, they lost the number, they said 5 rubles for it, I said I would pay off without problems with the check on the card, they sent me a foul language at my request!I was shocked, my friend was kicked out into the street without a jacket, they also tried to take me out, but I started saying that I would call the police.after this phrase, they were scared and began to dissuade , they tried to dilute 5 times more than 5 rubles for a number , as a result, I transferred to some guy the staff there for much more than 5 rubles , because I no longer had the strength to argue , they did not give me a normal call to the police and communicated piggishly with me, I will write a complaint and go further , because people who come there to relax do not talk and do not treat like that.I decided to write a review because it was very insulting, provided that we drank 1 cocktail each at the institution.In general, if you want a spoiled evening, go there.

To be honest, I was stunned by the guards. There is no way to enter, as if it were a secret facility. They won't let you in until you tell them where you're going. Okay with that. We went for a walk with friends and had a few drinks before coming to the "wonderful" place, everyone looks very neat, they treated all the staff politely, BUT I was a little discouraged by the entrance fee in a state of mild intoxication - 200 rubles per person. This is the rule of the "best" establishment, or the rule of the dude who stood at the entrance. I understand if we were able not to talk and snarled. But it's different here. To pay extra for drinking outside the "best" establishment and come out even drunker for the same 200 rubles, roughly speaking. Well, what can I say. I don't understand how almost 1600 reviews are positive. I hope it was such a day, but judging by the reviews below, the stories are so frequent, choose wisely the place where you want to relax.

The place itself is not bad - good interior, clean, air conditioners are working, the sound is wow!
The karaoke card file is also large. But if you want to go to karaoke and sing, then come at 9 and start right away, don't wait for anyone. This was our mistake with our friends, because then, as the place became more and more crowded, the club became more and more, and disco tracks appeared between karaoke. As a result, after three hours, the karaoke club turns into just a club, and you wait for your turn for at least an hour.
If we go next time, then only to a separate VIP room. But nowhere is it indicated how much it costs.

We celebrated our birthday in the VIP hall of the Arena Hall with a company of 20 people. We liked all the dishes, good service, we sang and danced our karaoke in the hall until 5 a.m., you can dance in the main hall, but there is a lot of smoke from smokers. The VIP room had air conditioning, a cozy atmosphere, good, stylish furniture! All the guests liked it very much! One disadvantage is that you need to book a gym 3 months in advance! I wish there were more such establishments!

Unfortunately, you can't sing until 21, even if the hall is empty. When everyone really wants to sing with all their might - the hall is filled and the queue for the microphone is about an hour ++.
