Very often, during the holidays in Vitebsk, we eat in the arena and consider ourselves regular customers, which is why unpleasant moments are doubly unpleasant. There are always minor flaws, but we do not pay attention to this. But there are times when, in a similar situation, such firms behave more efficiently. So... on 10.08 we made an order for the house- Lenin 3, next to the Arena on Zhestkova. Everything is fine, but the pizza was cold. Delivery 1 hour 20 minutes- apparently it was time to cool down. Well, anyway, we were hungry from the road, everyone ate yu with pleasure. 11.08 my husband had a doctor, we were with the children in a cafe for Builders-the waiter guy did everything perfectly, very attentive, thank you. Everything is very tasty. It's a pity about the 20% discount promotion, we saw the banner on the street only when we left, we didn't use it)))
Yesterday, on 08/12/12, we faced an unpleasant situation. We decided to stay at home, announced the expectation of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then we thought about going for a walk with our children and friends and celebrating further. As a result, the pizza was delivered in 1 hour and 44 minutes. They called several times and each time they said that the courier was about to come, just 2-3 minutes. We took out potatoes (ordered 2 servings) and pizza. The potatoes are cold and soggy, the pizza is cold. We call, apologize and that's it!!! Guys, seriously???!!! Don't care so much???!!! They announced that DR! We are already talking ourselves - can you replace it??? Okay, we'll replace it, just wait an HOUR! We have already suggested that we will come and pick it up ourselves-the next house with a pizzeria is the same! They offered to take it to Beloborodov. Seriously?! Is it really impossible to give an assignment to a pizzeria on Zhestkov as part of an exception?!Then we asked to speed up the delivery, because because of the jamb of the company, all our plans are collapsing. It was delivered in 15 minutes! Everything is hot and delicious. And the cold one had to be returned. We naturally returned it, no questions asked. But this is also an interesting minus in the management's piggy bank.
It's just that in my life there was a situation when, when ordering from my favorite sushi makers, they brought a large set (cost 36 rubles) in which they mistakenly put all the same rolls! We called them. And their solution to the problem delighted me- they informed me that a replacement would be brought in the first turn (with a delivery time of about 1.5 hours, it was brought in 10 minutes) and that nothing needed to be returned - this is their apology, eat your health!!!
That's the approach! The situation was more than 2 years ago and I do not get tired of admiring and loving these sushi sellers, I always recommend them to all my friends on occasion for such an attitude towards the client (they also have sushi fire).
Therefore, here it is purely in comparison, I was surprised that we were told to return everything. Apparently the pizza will go warmed up to someone even less fastidious.
As a result, as an apology, they gave only a 20% discount on the following order:(

It took 2 hours, I called and asked when the courier would arrive, I was told 8-10 minutes. I arrived in half an hour.
Everything was cold, so okay, I thought it couldn't be worse, in the process I took a hair off the pizza.

Moreover, in a boorish form, this is followed by a refusal to return the wasted money for those very unopened (!) portions - we are talking about closed bottles of drinks, for example, which should not have been there - however, as soon as the magic words "book of comments and suggestions" sound, something as unpleasant as and all the other communication, fawning with notes of impudence for the sole purpose: to "suck in", as they say, at least something.
So the advice to visitors is: specifically in this, let's say, "bistro" do not forget about your rights, and the cashier woman should open an explanatory dictionary and finally learn the meaning of the concept of "politeness" in her obviously experienced life.
