For many years, the Sushi Arena was one of my favorite places for me and my friends. But our last visit was a disaster.
We ordered a table in advance, having discussed all the conditions (we wanted a table on the veranda near the window) and made a reservation.
When the order arrived, it was brought only after 40 minutes, except for cocktails (20 minutes of waiting). Question: why take a pre-order if it does not affect the waiting time.
During the rest, the waiter came up several times - you can see a large load. Dirty dishes were on the table all evening.
And besides, there was an unpleasant situation with the allegedly confused tables and we were asked to move to another table (not the one we ordered). Among the changes, they helped us move with food (the plate was snatched right during the meal).
No discounts, no cocktails-there were no changes.
In general, this was our last visit to this institution. We were very disappointed.
Among the advantages: delicious sushi.

There were almost no empty seats at 5 p.m. on Thursday, it's worth considering. The sushi was fresh and very tasty, they warned that sushi would have to wait about an hour and a half. The pizza arrived completely cold. The drinks were carried for a very long time and I just had to sit and talk at an empty table. We ordered two frying pans, with sausages and with beef tongue, they were brought quickly and hot enough. I highly recommend the language, you can just lick your fingers. The wine selection is meager. Blankets were not offered, although it is cool enough in the gazebo, they asked for it themselves, they brought it right away.

Two stars just for the fact that the waiter guys are doing their best.I do not understand why such savings in personnel are necessary, sincerely.Instead of getting feedback and offering something additional to the order, thereby increasing the average check, the guys run around like crazy.You have to wait for the bill for 15 minutes and so not only with us.the soup was specifically over-salted, which the waiter promised to give to the cook!!!!Kaarl!!!!Well, thank you.

The service today is absolutely off the hook.We ordered and paid for the order, two cocktails with a child and French fries , sat down on the veranda..It took 20 minutes to bring the fries slightly warm, even closer to cold... after two waiters called to clarify how soon our order would be.. The waiters said, I'll clarify right away and disappeared..Pizza and a cooler were brought to the next table faster, our order was ignored again..More time passed, I went to the cashier, asked about the order, as a result, I made big eyes of surprise..After a while, the cocktails were just brought, the time was 22.28...We are very disappointed... Be vigilant staff, please have a conversation with the waiters about the order and the guests.

I have been visiting this place for a long time, and there have never been any moments, the food has always been delicious, well, maybe I had to wait for it for a long time from time to time. But yesterday I decided to try to order the delivery of rolls, and either because of the heavy workload of the institution, or for some other reason, the rice in the sushi was undercooked, which affected their taste. The impression was very spoiled.

We arrived on Saturday, 01/20/24 at 12:00, there were a lot of visitors, but the order was brought quickly (two pizzas and small things). Friendly staff. There is a children's corner. In the cold it is cool in the perestroika, we quickly found a place for 4 people (two children) in the main hall. The pizza is delicious, there is enough of everything in it (they do not save, which is very nice) very tasty French fries (with spices)

We looked into Thu in the afternoon, we wanted to eat, but somehow it didn't work out, the table turned out to be sticky, the menu was also not the first freshness, and we had to wait 30 minutes for a sponge / frying pan...40 minutes is a long time (imho), especially considering that there was not a full landing, and only about 40% of the tables were occupied. In the same network , in an institution in a nearby alley , they brought it in 10 minutes

I like the terrace more than the hall inside. Sometimes there are a lot of running children. But that's okay.
I would like to focus specifically on the menu. The choice of sushi sets has become very scarce. I recently visited an institution. The baked rolls were dry. But the pizza is delicious. There is no need to serve the waiters one at a time. But we got a very nice, courteous waitress.
Diversify the menu and interior and everything will be OK)))

Еда просто прекрасная много очень выбора персонал тоже очень хороший роллы и суши не найдёте таких нигде как здесь время ожидания достаточно быстрое Атмосфера очень приятная как будто бы я в настоящем японском кафе пицца тоже очень вкусная и напитки тоже очень хорошие советую там посидеть тем кто хочет снять напряжение и просто покушать

Часто посещаем. Уютно, чисто, зал и веранда. Доброжелательное обслуживание. Пицца, сущи и закуски вкусные. Есть уголок с игрушками для детей. Хорошее место для посиделок с друзьями и для семейного отдыха.

Belarusian pancakes are just fried pancakes made from mashed potatoes, I suspect that they are made from purchased dry ones. The choice of sushi, though rather big, but there is nothing to choose. Here we are sitting here now, and despite the pan-Asian theme of the institution, we eat Belarusian cuisine. And here was the most delicious borscht and draniki where we ate in Vitebsk.
It was raining, and at the entrance we were kindly offered to dry our umbrellas.
WiFi didn't work - I didn't send SMS to the Russian Megaphone, - no problem, they helped us, and WiFi appeared.
Thanks to our waitress!
The establishment is pleasant, cozy, the atmosphere is kind. The prices are not the most expensive. Recommendation!

Качество суш не понравилось. Рыба не вкусная, так и еще копчёная. Хоть в меню было написало слабой соли. Заказала суши которые поштучно - так к ним не идёт васаби и имбирь. Это максимально странно. Я столкнулась с таким впервые. А соевый соус подают. Очень странно.
Пиццы тоже не понравились - пицца Маргарита и Венеция. Маргарита с лососем - но ощущение было что с колбасой ели. Опять таки потому что рыба плохого качества и копчёная.
Паста с морепродуктами очень насмешила своими креветками - извините меня, но это ерунда. Креветки микроскопические, я правда такие никогда не видела. Заведение настолько экономит на закупе хороших и качественных продуктах?
В напитках, лимонадах, очень много льда! Ну очень.
В общем я не знаю почему рейтинг 4 на яндекс картах! Качество еды плохое.

Отмечали день рождения в этом заведении. Хотели отметить работу официантки Невдах Кристины. Очень внимательная, отзывчивая, приятная в общении. Праздник с такой замечательной официанткой удался на все сто!!!!

Из всех кафе Арены люблю именно это больше остальных. Летом -за отличную террасу, зимой-за уютную атмосферу внутри.И да,здесь самые вкусные суши в городе)

Если вы за столиком на улице, приготовьтесь встретить пенсию в ожидании заказа...вместо обещанных 25-30 минут заказ принесли только через 1 час 20 минут. Столы рядом стояли не убранные, официантам пофиг, администратору тем более..до улицы прынцу ходить далеко, да и неча там делать. За столиками курят, типа разрешает руководство, при этом таблички и средства пожаротушения отсутствуют, организованного места для курения нет. На вопрос о курении админ сказал, что это "чудесное" заведение не является общественным местом. Товарищ некомпетентен в плане администрирования от слова совсем...виноваты все ,кроме него...официанты новые, сушист один, и т.д. и т.п. Если бы не концерт возле КЗ "Витебск" , который очень скрасил негатив и долгое ожидание, конечно, ушли бы.
Кстати, если все же решитесь посетить эту точку общепита, внимательно смотрите на поданные блюда....с нами поделились кусочками фольги))))лежали в тарелке с сэтом под роллами.
Возможно, Вам повезёт больше, так что, приятного аппетита😁
