Good day to all! I have been using the services of this company for a long time. It was led by Alexander. I took a car for the first time in the summer of 2009. I was traveling with small children. At that time (in my opinion, and now too), Alexander provided child seats for FREE! I drove the car to the railway station.All the paperwork took 10-15 minutes! And I went. Then the rent is winter 2011.When returning the car, Alexander met me on the MKAD in another car, because then I did not know the address of the office...and the arrival was at 5 a.m.! From the office, Alexander took us to the train station in a rented car (FREE OF CHARGE!!!).Thank him very much, and we grieve for him... I last rented a car in the summer of 2019. Now the hostess of the company is Olga (her husband continues the business).Everything has been preserved in the old traditions of the company! Nothing has changed in the speed of dock clearance.Everything is fast, without any red tape. The car is in good condition.I recommend this company to everyone! Fast, not expensive, beautiful! Olga, you have a successful business and good customers!

The reception administration, the cost of renting a car and payment for exceeding the mileage limit are acceptable. I rented a Volkswagen Passat in a station wagon, diesel; the car is serviceable, well-groomed and economical. In general, I was personally satisfied with the Arendauto service. In particular, I am grateful to Olga for her polite and attentive attitude! thank you!
