When booking, learn the moment that the keys need to be picked up at a different address - for us, it was not a problem, everything is nearby. The administrator politely answered all questions, gave recommendations. But in the apartment, at the address: Mayakovsky 8, besides us, it turned out that cockroaches live. They come in the evenings, apparently from neighbors. Mind you, it's disgusting. The company, in turn, offered a discount on the next stay, alas, as tourists, there is no desire to return here. But, at least something! In addition, the general cleaning of the premises - for 3, I cleaned myself.
