I have been to this place a couple of times, to be honest, there is much less negativity towards this place than there really is.
Let's start with the most important thing - the reviews themselves (photos), not all photos are real, many of them are just fiction, but I'm sure it was done on purpose.
The second and probably the most important thing is the numbers. Of course, not a 5-star hotel and far from 2, but you can change it, there is air conditioning (but in certain rooms it is just a "tractor" and this is not even an exaggeration). The bed linen is clean, a towel (one) is provided. If we talk about cleanliness, then everything is as sad as possible, but it still depends on the room itself, we personally could not stay in one of the rooms and asked to be moved. By changing the number, it turned out to notice a difference, not a big one, but still a difference. The rooms themselves are painted in a shade of green, it looks like "Russian entrances", but for such an amount, it's very decent. In general, it turned out that Turks from other cities themselves stay at this hotel to drop off their things and see friends, etc. So, if you want to chat with hot Turks, then you are here.
Let's move on to the pleasant-food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food is almost not monotonous, but some dishes are repeated from day to day. The most delicious thing is breakfast with pancakes that are prepared in front of you. Fruits and vegetables are the most basic dishes on the menu, meat is mainly chicken. To sum up, we can say that if you come here, get ready to eat right. There is red wine from alcohol, they were not interested in other drinks.
And in conclusion, it is worth mentioning the location. The hotel is located in the city center, exchangers and shops are in maximum proximity, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea along a fast route. There are Mac Donald's, Star Bucks and many other interesting establishments on the beach. If your tour operators offer to go shopping, then feel free to refuse, but it's up to everyone personally. There is a shopping center within a 20-minute walk that has major brands, whether it's adidas or Nike.
To sum up, I can say this, the hotel itself is not full of luxury, in the truest sense - it is a place to sleep. But if you are looking for an inexpensive and well-located hotel, then this is the place for you.

The hotel will be 5-star for you if you want to visit the pigsty.
1. No one cleans your room and is not going to. Alas, for 12 days of stay, no one has ever cleaned or put toilet paper.
2. The food is monotonous. Your choice will be Rice, bulgur, vegetables, and hard-as-crackers nuggets. Fruits Include Watermelon, Apples, oranges. Everything :)
3. No normal music.
4. The bar has only local braga (they call it wine) in the form of red and white. Don't expect normal sodas, local swill. There is no beer, there is no strong one.
I would like to mention the administrator separately, such a person should not work with people.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. They say there are worse hotels, but I haven't seen them. Among the advantages: the city center and the sea are 10 minutes away. Nutrition: you won't starve to death. The rest is cons. If you are going there on vacation, do not forget to bring your own bed linen, towels, and a rag. Buy a mop on the spot.

We knew that we were going to the cheapest hotel and had a rough idea of the situation. This is exactly how I would formulate the key idea of my review.
We already had a vacation in Turkey in June in a very cool hotel in Beldibi. But it so happened that we decided to go to an event that was in Kemer in August, but we didn't want to spend a lot of money, we took a vacation and so recently took a day off. We decided to choose the cheapest hotel, because we knew that we would only sleep in it in fact.
Upon arrival, I went through all the stages from denial to acceptance, because I got used to a completely different level of rest.
And so on about the room. We were accommodated in a room with 3 single beds instead of one double bed. It's not critical. It is comfortable to sleep, but if you are used to soft mattresses, but it will be uncomfortable for you.
The bathroom in the room is very sad, I will not describe it, I'd better attach a photo. The toilet brush is covered in poop))) Well, we bought the funds and washed the toilet additionally to make it more comfortable. There is no shower curtain, so the whole floor is in water forever. There was not always hot water!!! Sometimes I suffered a lot under the cold water in attempts to wash my long hair. The disadvantage is not the old furniture, but the way this room is cleaned and how it is monitored. Dropping the phone under the bed, we found a condom wrapper (at least not the used condom itself, thank you).
The air conditioning in the room is old, but it works. There are no warm blankets if anything. There was only one hanger in the room.
There is no refrigerator in the room. There is a common bar.
The room was not cleaned, but I don't think it was necessary in this situation. Toilet paper was taken at the reception.
The bed linen is clean. Towels too, but we used our own.
Food: we took everything inclusive, because after a trip to Istanbul, we concluded for ourselves that Turks are rowing money on Tourists as much as they can (there one meal cost 3t rubles for sure). I am a petite girl of 50 kg, but I honestly did not eat enough at all in this hotel. I'm picky about food and I didn't like the taste of this food. Some soups we couldn't figure out what they were made of, either by taste or smell. But if you are omnivores, then you can eat here normally. I will note that after the hotel meal there were no stomach problems. And there are many cafes with delicious food nearby. On the third day, we switched to a cafe after all.
Drinks: there is tea, coffee, juices, soda and wines. We haven't tried the wine. Soda tastes like everywhere else. The juices are sugary, it is better to dilute with water.
Swimming pool: this is a real plus of this hotel. The pool is clean and relatively large relative to the neighboring hotels. There were free sun beds. I liked this moment very much and partially covered the disadvantages of the hotel.
The sea: the hotel has its own beach 2 km from the hotel, but they do not take you there. We just went to the public 6 minutes from the hotel. The water is clean, there are places. We took a thick rug with us and laid towels on it and it was comfortable to lie down, but you can rent a sunbed for money (but they are very tight, we did not like it).
Staff: The man speaks Russian well at the reception. there seem to be only 3 people working here. So to speak, station wagons. The man at the bar is also a dish cleaner and so on. Therefore, it is understandable why the cleaning is so-so.
To be honest, if the hotel does not spend so much money on improving the conditions in the rooms and on the staff, then it will be much more pleasant to be here. And so cheap and angry. In fact +- this is what was originally expected.

Friends, this was an amazing hotel... We arrived at night, we were immediately settled, not tortured.. Since the beds were together, I had to make noise, rearrange, the room is not small.. Interesting architecture of the hotel... We were settled on the 1st floor, we didn't even realize how lucky we were..For two days, we walked around like aliens, not understanding life in a hotel, then we figured it out intuitively... Of course, we have been to Turkey more than once.. In order... We didn't wash the floor in our room at all, we were worried at first... but when we realized that others even leave money and still don't wash, we stopped worrying and lived freely.. Once, I dragged away a mop, and still wiped the floor..., such artifacts popped out from under the beds.. Underwear was not changed, dear admin. He said you take everything you need off the rope near the laundry.. And we always knew that they were erasing.. Having the happiness to live on the ground floor, we also stretched our ropes and dried our things, as in the country.. jumping out of the room, * as necessary* The upper floors watched us, envied and laughed..We slept with the doors open from the great heat and stuffiness... Cats, violated, sometimes came in .. It was amazing to find out that of the tourists, no one knew about the beach.. Even those who rested for the third time.. Roommates, just a gift... Eternally smoking Belarusians .., connoisseurs of fresh air, surprised with their worldview.. Positive Estonians, just a miracle, it turns out... they are.. police officers... very non-biased..With the Internet, I was lucky again.. They couldn't connect for two days and out of desperation they went to a *kebab shop* to drink coffee.. We, as visitors, were connected! And oh, bingo! We also had internet in our hotel. As it turned out later, our hotel buys it in this kebab shop* With the service staff, we lived soul to soul * They immediately said that everything was for us!! These cute guys from Bishkek! Friends, we've had a good rest, and we miss Turkey. You need to have a sense of humor and let go of the situation... Neighed like horses..

I had a rest in July 2023. I gave 20 thousand rubles a week. Everything is included. The hotel is worth this money! But no more. First, the cons: 1) They feed 6 types of salads: cucumbers, tomatoes, cucumbers with tomatoes, tomatoes with cucumbers, tomatoes with cucumbers and onions, tomatoes with cucumbers and cheese. Sometimes large glasses are not washed. 3 times I came across dirty ones after the juice. Sometimes they give watermelons and melons. But if you don't have time to take it, they don't bring it anymore. There were pancakes for breakfast a couple of times. 2) There are no refrigerators in the rooms. There is a common one in the kitchen. 3) rooms on the second floor of the 2nd building overlook the playground. There, watering is turned on at night and the jet hammers at the doors of the rooms (more precisely, at 510).You definitely won't be able to sleep. Now about the advantages:1) 10 minutes to the sea. 2) the very center 3) clean pool 4) the room has hot water , soap and towels (for that kind of money) 5) Good music by the pool. So the hotel is very budget friendly.Don't expect much. I saw one woman crying at the reception and calling the guide saying:"Have you even seen where you put people!" She obviously paid more than 20 thousand... And the most unpleasant thing is that cicadas have been chirping all over the city without a break since 5 a.m. It's really quiet at night.

The location is great - it's right in the center of Kemer, the rooms are a little dead, but it seems like the plumbing, the air conditioner and the TV worked, even though they were old. The pool is excellent, people swam quietly and at unauthorized times, the service and staff are normal, the food is so-so (chicken in all kinds, rarely fish and beef sausages), but you will not stay hungry. If you are with children, I definitely do not recommend it, if the two of you and it is more important for you to go on excursions and walk around the neighborhood, and not sit in the room - at this price it is very normal.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2022. Of the advantages, only the location is in the very center of Kemer. The food for 3* is relatively tolerable, we were not hungry. Fish and chicken were fried three times for dinner, but if you don't make it to the very beginning, there will be nothing left. Of alcohol, only cheap wine, white and red. Not even a beer. The service is completely absent, the rooms are not cleaned at all, the air conditioners are broken, the towels are patched. Everything is old, shabby, the toilet is broken, the TV was not showing. Wi-Fi is paid, the administrator sells the cards, and at different prices) Thank you, you showed us where to take toilet paper, where to throw garbage. All by yourself. If desired, you can clean the room yourself)) The hotel does not have a beach, nor towels. The hotel is for the completely unassuming, without the requests of tourists.

The hotel is for very picky people, I must say right away.
The number was different from the picture. Old furniture, which is 30-40 years old, the color of the walls is not very pleasant to the eye, cold green. The air conditioner works despite the age. The TV is small, square, does not turn on. There were 2 rolls of paper in the toilet, liquid soap, 2 towels for two, the shower worked (although once there was water with small algae coming out of it -_- Then everything became normal, and there were few of them, but nevertheless). The room was not cleaned by the staff at all times. Keep in mind, if you need room cleaning, you need to ask, the staff will not offer it themselves.
By the way, about employees - do not expect special service. They are not super polite, they are a little bit bigoted.
In the evening (on the trail. day of departure) we went, as our tour operator's guide said, to the reception, to ask what time we would be picked up by transfer tomorrow (I wanted to know what time it would be in the morning, whether we would have time to go to the sea, etc.). We did not answer anything intelligible.
There was some meat with a side dish, boiled eggs, sometimes you could make muesli for breakfast, pancakes were given a couple of times; also bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, a couple of types of sausages and cheese like cheese. Desserts are good, cut into small pieces. You can make yourself tea/coffee, ask for soda or alcohol (wine/beer) at the bar. Watermelons were given for lunch and dinner, there were no more fruits. In general, the food is monotonous.
There is a swimming pool on site, always clean in appearance. There is Wi-Fi, paid, 10 bucks for 7 days (the code is issued for 1 phone).
The location is, of course, a big plus: right in the center of Kemer, all shops are nearby. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea.
I took the hotel only for the sake of a place to stay overnight, so that I could leave my bags somewhere and go for a walk, that is, not sit in the room. Although I still didn't go outside for several hours during the day, because it was very hot, so having an air conditioner and a shower was absolutely enough)) But I still wouldn't come here anymore.

The 3* hotel has been there 2 times! A budget option in the very center of Kemer, I really liked it! Let's start with the fact that we came to the sea and not to sit in a hotel! You won't stay hungry, but you won't be posh either! Apples, melons, watermelons, every day! A lot of vegetables , meat and fish are given out in portions. The bar has wine, which is brought in bottles of local bottling , a coffee machine , fanta, pepsi, sprite is always there. Rooms come with non-working air conditioning, check right away! TV channels in Russian and Turkish. Bed linen is changed if you ask, no problem! The territory is small, there is a private pool! I liked Ares so much, I was mentally preparing for the worst. The food is for five , the staff is adequate, they speak Russian well. There were minor flaws in the room , we did everything right away , do not regret bringing small gifts , this will help establish communication . There are not enough towels for everyone, so they brought their own, although in the morning they gave out 2 pieces of snow-white ones. The furniture was old , the TV was working . We lived on the ground floor , near the Pool . The water in the pool is clean , there are few people . On the account of food , on Saturdays they brought shawarma , French fries, there were always cakes, everything was fresh. Watermelon every day , apples . Alcohol 2 types of wine , from bottles . The distance to the sea is 600m, or the beach of the hotel for 1 dollar. They take 8-40 to the beach; 9-40 in the morning they pick up at 12-30. The hotel is in the city center , everything is nearby , Pharmacy , shops , bus station , boutiques . They took a ticket to Tui.

The hotel has a large swimming pool, the rooms have a traditional set - the main thing is there is a bed and a shower) They came late in the evening; to wash and sleep. There were breakfasts and dinners, but there are a lot of inexpensive restaurants and doneries around. The sea is magnificent, there was fresh milk in September. In the city, shopping is not intrusive (they do not pull by the hand), you can buy decent things.

it's 3* like 2 minus a meter.. I'll start with the numbers. I checked into the first on the second floor. I hardly slept the first night. We stayed at this hotel in October! A threesome with a 6-year-old child. I liked everything very much!!! For 3 stars, the food is good, the choice is not great, but the repeat is delicious, we have been to Turkey many times and I can say that not every top five does this happen! I am currently resting at this hotel.the location is great, the pool is good.That was the end of the good.Never stop here.the rooms are terrible, the bed is rumpled, everything is stained.the toilet is all fucked up, it can't be called anything else.There is no towel, no soap. I've been here for 9 days, never been cleaned. They did not give T. Boom.She took a mop and mopped the floors herself. The faucet in the shower is buzzing like a nightmare. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. Not that cleaning, even the garbage is being carried out, they took it out themselves. The towel was given one stained. The bedding is no better. Either it's not smoothed out, or it's left over from past visitors.
The shower is a separate issue. This designer has a medal for saving money.

..we went to 4 stars...But Yab didn't give me one...for three days they could not wash themselves elementary - there was no hot water..after people started complaining, they turned it on..They must have saved money...the staff said so, like wash in the sea..wf 10 bucks a week ...we didn't connect..there is no point in spending all the time on the beach or walking...you can ask at any ex.bureau or in a cafe and they will connect you for free.. and it's also free at McDonald's..you can use it right on the street...the staff is disbanded..boors..they can insult you...breaking into the room for no reason...the food is so - so ..I had enough, but for men who love meat.. alas...sausages or chicken...also soy semi-finished products..sometimes there was corn that hadn't even had time to defrost yet.... in order to save money, yesterday's soup for breakfast could be served while it could burn when heated...but they cleaned the dishes properly... the linen in the rooms is all stained..torn...the towel is just one for the legs, hands, etc ... for 14 days they have not been changed.... the room has not been cleaned...the garbage was taken out when there was already a bucket with a slide...beer and sour wine are not watched at dirty tables in the bar...There is no animation...There's nothing to do with children there..they walk around with cigarettes and smoke..the pool is clean - it is cleaned regularly...they take us to the beach , but we walked for 15 minutes ..the beach is sand and small pebbles ... there is a paid bar, sun beds, a toilet..There is a terrible smell of urine in the changing rooms.. It's obvious that you can't reach the toilet..in short, everything is in disrepair...They put just anyone in the rooms..Money was stolen from one vacationer...and most importantly, the photo does not correspond to reality....Have a nice rest, good luck and good health!

The shower room is without a pallet, so the floor is always wet. This situation is in 90% of the rooms. Young people are well served. But there are very few of them, they spin like squirrels. Wishes to the owner, change the torn bedspreads, fix the plumbing. And don't skimp on staff. The menu is only rice, and chicken, and mostly its insides. They gave me pasta once, after a scandal with a vacationer. The sea is not 500 meters and not 5 minutes away. There is a transfer for $ 1. It leaves 8.50 from the beach at 12.10. Travel time is 10-12 minutes. If you want to go back by yourself, I remember the way. In general, I will not advise my friends.
