We were waiting for the coffee shop to open, chatting and laughing, a girl came out and said in a rude tone that we were making noise. We apologized and supplemented the answer with a harmless joke, but in response she was rude to us and said "SHUT YOUR MOUTH."
It is very insulting when you treat a person respectfully with "YOU", but you are morally humiliated with "YOU".
I ask the owner to pay attention to the manners in communication of his working staff.
