The hotel is good for living. Clean, cozy and lovely staff. We are always ready to help. I arrived on Saturday, the bank is closed and the money could only be changed on Monday. I paid for 3 days of stay with the permission of the manager, I deposited the rest of the money on Tuesday. The hotel has a gorgeous swimming pool and a hammam with a sauna, there is a massage therapist. Which I didn't like a bit: 1. The Windows faced the road and offices, because the hotel is far from the center - you will not see a view of the city. 2. The rooms require cosmetic repairs (the toilet is wobbly, the towel rail is always cold, the carpet is stained and rarely vacuumed). The robes are very old. But the bed was changed every day, 1 liter of drinking water was brought every day. The refrigerator is silent, there is a kettle and cups in the room. Tips are welcome. It takes exactly 20 minutes to walk to the Nariman Narimanov metro station. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center. There is nowhere to walk near the hotel, because there are only offices nearby. There is a good but expensive Sheki Gala restaurant nearby. The rest of the cafes were not impressed. But!!! It was very comfortable to relax away from the noise of the city and after walking around the infinitely beautiful Baku and long excursions to the mountains! Come and enjoy! I can't say anything about breakfast, I haven't tried it. There was a good market nearby, where you can always buy the usual products for breakfast and snacks. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality @
What can I say, the hotel pulls a maximum of 2 stars, we did not see the promised 5 stars. In the lobby you are greeted by smiling receptionists, the interior of the hall itself is good, but when you enter the room itself, it feels like you have entered a hostel. The renovation wants to be better, the lighting is both in one place. so is the inattention of the staff to requests, and they refuse to solve the problem that has already happened and do not understand it at all.
I don't recommend it, it's very dirty! As if, but probably most likely, this hotel is for spending time with women on call! The hotel has probably not been renovated since its opening. It is a pity that there is such a hotel in such a beautiful city, in the capital of Azerbaijan
When you enter the hotel lobby, you enter another world. Everything is beautiful and fragrant. Pleasant staff meet and always answer questions. The breakfasts are varied and delicious.
In general, I liked it.
The lobby of the hotel is 5 stars. But the rooms are clearly in need of repair:(The walls are worn, the towels are torn, the sheets are too, the cabinets will be fastened. There is no blanket at all, just a sheet. The furniture is dirty in places, the audibility is very high. Staying overnight if you don't plan to spend time in the room is fine. But there is not enough repair for a comfortable stay.
Nice hotel, everything is clean and tidy. Delicious cuisine, and a good hookah. The only negative is that the staff is very long, and they can't speak Russian. They avoid when you ask something in Russian.
Very dirty room. It stinks of cigarettes and sweat. The child was bitten at night by someone covered in spots. And this is also how they said the "ROYAL SUITE" room. We came to Baku for the first time, for treatment, and got into such a hotel. 5 stars doesn't even smell. 1-2 stars maximum!!!
