The staff is polite, speaks Russian. It is perfectly located, close to the center and excellent restaurants. The sea is close. One of the disadvantages is very small balconies that you can't sit on. For 10 nights, the bed linen has never been changed. And breakfasts are not suitable for sweet tooth and meat lovers, because meat is only sausages every day, and sweets are one croissant per person 😆
The location of the hotel is great!
But this is the only advantage.
It is very noisy in the evening and at night, as the street is small with one-way traffic.
Small rooms, which can accommodate one 2-double bed, the sewer in the shower stall is clogged, room cleaning is only on request, a tag was hung on the door.
The garbage was taken out by themselves, the benefit of the garbage containers on the way to the beach.
A meager and monotonous breakfast, men and children have nothing to eat.
I ate cottage cheese (it was delicious) with jam and porridge (every day it was different, at least some variety), coffee with micro-croissant.
The guests asked to fry eggs instead of permanent boiled eggs, to which the cook replied that 70 people could not fry 70 scrambled eggs (but you can make an amlet at least), 1 micro-croissant is baked for each (micro, because the mini in our bakery is 2 times more)
A hotel for a very modest stay.
If I had read real reviews, I would never have chosen.
I do not recommend the hotel, so as not to be disappointed in the beautiful country of Georgia and the beloved Batumi!
A cool hotel! Everything is clean and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly, they will always help and prompt. The breakfasts are delicious. Very convenient location, in the very center of Old Batumi! Thank you for your hospitality ❤
We have been vacationing with my husband since July 7, 2024. I can't say anything good except the location. They sent us to a room that cannot be called a room (205). A tiny room with 1.5 double beds, one shelf in the closet and three hangers. I had to leave my things in a suitcase that had nowhere to put them. There was a steady draught of sewage from the bathroom, and the bed linen of the hotel guests was drying behind the balcony railing. At the request, they were moved to a larger room a day later. But! The smell of the sewer remained, plus a running shower and a torn towel rack. In 8 days, the room was cleaned 2 times, there was no reaction to the request. The breakfasts were bad, two croissants were given out for two people. I don't need them, they're dry. My husband ate mine and his own, so as not to stay hungry. The staff is very friendly, but it doesn't do any good.
Alas, the hotel completely failed to meet expectations in terms of service and food. Cleaning is performed irregularly. Plumbing is not being repaired. Leaks, blockages... The breakfasts are very meager. Of the fruits, one watermelon. In a single form, sausages that are running out, and you have to wait for the next cooking. Boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs, no choice of fruits, during harvest. And despite the fact that the buffet is declared, croissants are kept in an inaccessible place behind the counter, and only the administrator can give them out!!! 1 piece per hand. Since the administrator is not in the hall, an intrigue arises. I tried to take it myself and was scolded in a high tone by an employee cleaning the dishes)) To my suggestions, I was only ashamed that I took 3 pcs for two))) In general, miracles!!! The undeniable advantage is the location of the hotel.
The perfect location for party goers. But be prepared to be disappointed with the breakfasts, and there are a lot of flaws in the room. It makes no sense to list them, of course. With a little desire from the owners, it would be possible to eliminate everything without heavy costs. There would be a wish...
I really liked the location of the hotel - the center of old Batumi, opposite the super cafe, the embankment nearby, the sea! The staff is very hospitable (especially Svetlana). The rooms are small, but clean and cozy.
The staff does their job carelessly, while not disdaining to be very rude and tactless in conversation with the guests. The service definitely breaks through every conceivable and unthinkable bottom, you can not count on room cleaning if you do not run to the reception asking for it.
A modest hotel in the Old Town. Overall, it is clean and tidy. The rooms are small. We lived in room 402. There is a double bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, two chairs, refrigerator, kettle, small balcony. Since the linen in the room does not dry, the balcony has become a salvation. The doors in the room are covered with a "wood-like" film. The laminate has moved away in places. The bed linen has never been changed in ten days, but the towels were changed periodically.
Breakfast was included in the accommodation. The constancy of the menu was upsetting: boiled eggs, sausages, cottage cheese, jam, pita bread, butter, sliced sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, sometimes buckwheat, melon or watermelon, croissants.
The cafe was open to visitors after breakfast for the guests. But there was no activity.
This is a wonderful, cozy place in old Batumi. Clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds and incredibly friendly staff! I will come to them again!
In the very center of old Batumi. The city beach is 15 minutes away.
The hotel is comfortable and very cozy.
There is a feature of sewerage. The smell in the bathroom.
Friendly staff.
The breakfasts are meager and monotonous.
Excellent value for money.
An average breakfast, but it is available and included in the room rate. The attitude of the staff is very polite and friendly. There is a cool bar nearby where foreigners often visit.
A very nice, new and clean hotel in a very good location in the old town of Batumi. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Nearby attractions include the Ali and Nino Monument, Piazza Square and Neptune Fountain.
The hotel is new, the location is excellent - the historical center, so it is convenient in relation to all the attractions. The only drawback is that high-quality sound insulation was not provided during construction, so I had to sleep in earplugs.

Upon check-in at 14.30, the rooms are not ready, not cleaned. The rooms are small, the beds are double. Breakfast is terrible for 2-.
The whole impression of Batumi is ruined.

Just a terrible hotel:
1. There is no declared parking, which is why they received a fine, although the manager claimed that if you leave the car at the entrance, it is impossible to get a fine, since the territory belongs to the hotel.
2. Cleaning is a complete disaster, there were days when cleaning was skipped, and if it was carried out, it was very mediocre.
3. The restaurant is not designed to accommodate the number of guests, because of this, I had to get up early in the morning to have time to eat and generally to have at least something left. If you come an hour or two later from the start of breakfast, then you can generally have breakfast only with leftovers. Plus, the variety of the menu does not shine at all. For almost a week of arrival, the breakfasts were the same. And there are not enough seats, sometimes you need to wait for a vacant table.
4. Absolutely incompetent staff, several times there were questions that either the administrator could not answer at all, or could answer after contacting the manager.
5. No disposable supplies in the room. An unpleasant surprise was the lack of disposable brushes and toothpaste. There was also no bottled water. In hotels with (stated) less comfortable accommodation, even then there were such basic things.
In general, I absolutely do not recommend this place. Perhaps the only advantage is the location in the city center, I did not find any more advantages.
