I was looking for a specific frame, which I pecked at them a year ago, threw off a photo, called, provided data. They don 't have any system , they can 't find out by name which glasses were made and when they were made . They promised to look for and call back, a week passed, no one responded, when he called himself, he got the impression that he was taken by surprise, since he was sure that they did not even try to look for anything. They said that I don't have the frames I need right now, or even a similar one, I can't order it. In short, it's stupid to do something.
