Excellent hotel for the price and quality. The room has a comfortable double bed, which is important for a good rest. New plumbing, a chic shower cabin with two watering cans, a new toilet and sink, a TV (there are Russian channels), a refrigerator, a closet with lots of hangers, a safe. The hotel has an elevator. The breakfasts are delicious according to the buffet system. Room cleaning. Linen change every other day. The staff is friendly, but they really don't speak much Russian. The location is quite good. Not the center, but not the outskirts either. The nearest Ganjlik metro station is 1.5 km away. 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace. And there are 2-3 stations from the Ganjlik metro station to the center, depending on where you need to go. 3 stations if it is to the old town (Icheri Sheher station). If you want to explore the embankment, you can drive 2 stations (to Sahil station). Minor flaws: 1) the room was angular, the window seemed to be on the side of the room, the room was dark. But it was irrelevant to me, since I did not sit in the rooms from morning to evening on excursions; 2) you can hang a small lamp above the bedside table near the bed. I had to turn on the lights at full power, which made it uncomfortable for everyone in the morning; 3) there was no opportunity to eat at the hotel on the day of arrival. I arrived at 4 p.m. Then there was a walk around the city. I wanted to have dinner at the hotel in the evening, but the reception desk said that the room had a QR code for ordering room service. And they assured me that you can eat. I clicked through, and the link led to a page with a selection of food and a phone number for ordering in WhatsApp. Compose. In two languages - Russian and English. They didn't answer and didn't bring anything. I was too tired to go to the reception and find out. This is probably one of the disadvantages that I find unpleasant. Everything else is fine. I recommend the hotel to visit!
Overall a good hotel for a great price. I stayed there for 6 nights.
What you liked:polite staff, delicious and hearty breakfasts (for such a small hotel, they are very decent, the only coffee from the breakfast machine is made only for an additional fee). The room is warm, with a large shower and underfloor heating, a comfortable bed, and towels were cleaned and changed every day.
What I didn't like: at the entrance, I noticed that all the furniture was scratched and in some places it didn't look good. I also noticed that there was dust in some places.
We ended up in this wonderful hotel by chance, on the recommendation of friends. The location, service, cleanliness in public areas and the quality of cleaning in the rooms are on top! A separate pleasure is the presence of Russian-speaking staff at the reception, who are always ready to help with any issues! A good buffet in the morning is included in the room rate, and the opportunity to order restaurant food before 11 pm at reasonable prices makes it possible, if necessary, not to leave the room at all! The elevator, decorated with gold, marble steps - add wealth to this wonderful hotel! If you decide to visit hospitable Azerbaijan and stay in Baku, then the ideal choice is the Arium Hotel, the price per room in which pleasantly surprised us!
I liked everything. Excellent staff, service. Cleanliness, breakfasts. There is no smell of cigarettes in the lobby and in the room. The room is spacious, good mattress and bed, clean linen, underfloor heating.
I really liked the hotel ,
Friendly, helpful staff
Special attention and Thanks to the administrator Alper!
The rooms match the photos , everything is clean , cleaned every day , towels are changed every day ,
The breakfast is delicious, buffet style,
there is a park 10 minutes from the hotel, there are cafes , shops.
We spent six days in this hotel. The impression is very favorable. The room was without a balcony, but clean and cozy. The room has a refrigerator, a TV (there is a Russian-language channel), a safe, a hairdryer in the bathroom, shampoos. Towels were changed every day. On the first day, a fruit platter was brought as a greeting. The polite staff speaks Russian and English. It's a little far from the sea and the embankment, but a taxi will help)).
We liked everything, and the city is very beautiful and peculiar.
Hotel:
1. Breakfast. A buffet, but very sparse. There is no coffee at all, only strong Azerbaijani tea. Porridges are very sweet. There weren't always sausages, and sometimes there wasn't even an omelette. For example, there were only potatoes for a couple of days, there were no baked vegetables and omelets. There were always fresh vegetables, bread
2. Audibility. She's terrible. Or it all depends very much on the neighbors. We were unlucky, and for several days the neighbors talked very loudly from evening to morning, then they moved out and it became quiet. But in general, there is no sound insulation here.
3. About the room. The room is nice, everything is clean and modern. I liked the bathroom very much. Towels were changed every day, 0.5 bottles of water, mini shampoos and shower gel were given every day. There is a hair dryer, but so-so, if there is a place, it's better to take your own. There are no bathrobes. There are disposable slippers.
4. About the location. It is located far from the center. It took about 30 minutes to get from the hotel to the center. It is located next to some wasteland, the view from the window was on this wasteland. We didn't find any shops nearby, the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.
In general, the hotel is normal, but if you find another hotel in the city center and with a more varied breakfast at a normal price, it is better to overpay.
Great hotel. Small, cozy. Perfect cleanliness. Good location. The staff is very polite and attentive. Cleaning and changing of towels were carried out daily. The breakfast buffet is varied. Well done!!! We recommend it.
I really liked the hotel! A small price ($ 400 for two for 9 nights), good breakfasts (as we wrote above, sometimes there was no omelet left, but! You could go up to the waiters and ask them to make fried eggs in portions)
The rooms themselves are very clean and stylishly renovated. Cleaning every day + change of towels, which is also very convenient. The location is good, it takes 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi
The room was inexpensive and clean. Not a bad breakfast. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. It's a little noisy from the road, but at night the street practically quiets down. Recommend.
A good hotel, the price included breakfast, there is a safe in the room, there are Russian channels on TV, the location of the hotel is not far from the old town

The hotel as a whole can leave a pleasant impression, but if not for the most disgusting sound insulation.
I can hear the neighbors very much, I can even hear the sound of water in the next room, I'm generally silent about everything else.
My neighbors and I were not lucky at all, at first Victoria turned on the music through the speaker after 22, then the locals were also hooked, as we assumed, who were talking very loudly...
In general, it is always clean, towels are changed daily, water is also 0.5 per person.
Some requests are resolved immediately , but of course there is no escape from the noise (
As we wrote earlier, it took about half an hour to get to the center, we walked to the subway and drove one station.
