Wonderful amazing hotel! Very nice big room, delicious breakfasts. We came for the New Year and were greeted hospitably and kindly at the hotel. They told me where to have lunch, where to go for a walk, where to celebrate the holidays.
I highly recommend it! I'll be back again.
Very unusual layout, all rooms overlook the "street")) The hotel is nice, the staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is delicious at home. We were satisfied. The girls were a little cold, but the condos saved the day (they were at the end of November)
We stayed with my wife for a couple of nights. A great hotel, the design is not like the usual "boxed" Hotels. We had a room with one large bed, the room itself is quite spacious. Friendly owner. I recommend.
There are no disadvantages. A hotel with a fantastic design. The owner of the hotel is a kind and professional person. Greets all the guests personally. It will tell you where to eat and drink, where to walk and what to see. The breakfasts are great, the girls in the kitchen are pros.Thank you.
Great hotel. Stylized as a castle. I arrived early, we checked in right away. The staff is very attentive. The room is very cozy, there is everything you need. The breakfast is very tasty. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.
The incredible delight of the hotel! An unexpected find in Samarkand.
The hotel admired literally everything from an exclusive design solution to thoughtful authorial details and details. Impeccable plumbing in the shower, good-quality towels, unusual switches, dishes, furniture all connect in impeccable style. The restaurant where breakfast is served is no less interesting. The breakfasts themselves are very tasty, everything is cooked at home.
We got an incredible pleasure from the hospitality and communication with the owner of the hotel. I met him personally, as if I were the most dear guests. We arrived for one part-time day and while we went to the room to leave our things, he made us a route-a roadmap so that we could see all the sights, which incredibly helped us out)) He also advised where you can try the most delicious pilaf in Samarkand, took advantage of the recommendation — and did not regret a bit!
The hotel itself has a good collection of wine, which can be purchased if desired, which is also very convenient.
A very decent hotel, which you want to return to and about which you want to tell!
I really liked the hotel, the interiors, polite staff, delicious breakfasts, excellent coffee. The rooms have everything, everything is new and beautiful. Very convenient location, near Registan Square, Shahi Zinda, and other attractions. Thanks
Everything is perfect from breakfast to comfortable rooms! Interesting architecture, convenient location, responsive staff! Hospitality , like the East , is a delicate matter ! We were satisfied with absolutely everything, without complaints. I definitely recommend you to visit!
A very pleasant hotel. Good breakfasts. Quiet. I liked everything. The rooms are fresh. Relatively close to the center. 10-15 minutes by taxi or 30-40 minutes on foot.
This is one of the coolest boutique hotels on earth.
It's so cozy and pleasant that you don't want to leave.
A great place - I advise everyone! Definitely 5++!
A new hotel with a red author's design.
The hotel is built in the form of a well. Stairs in a circle are tangled like in a maze)))). The rooms are clean and large. We had a polo suite. It is the size of a suite consisting of two rooms. There was not enough TV in the first room.
The bed is large and comfortable, with many different pillows to choose from. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Very tasty breakfasts, chefs can cook to order and for free: porridge, omelette and scrambled eggs. They also make delicious Turkish coffee. Very tasty cheesecakes and pancakes. The staff is very friendly, special thanks to Anwar!!! It's been a long time since we were accepted in hotels like this!!!
Of the cons: Upon arrival, there was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, then the smell disappeared. The location of the hotel is a little far from the historical sights, but we walked to the boulevard for 15 minutes along the very beautiful streets of the European part of Samarkand.
Well, this is probably my fault, but it seems to me that all hotels in Uzbekistan should put their national tea set in the rooms or offer it to all guests to take it to the room from the reception.
A new hotel. Beautiful, clean. The service is great. The owner is always at the hotel. He can give advice on where to go, where to see what. Generally 5++ . Success
Great hotel.
It is immediately clear that his principle is "do either well or do not do at all." So here everything is just fine: a clean, cozy room, there are all the necessary appliances, a convenient location.
The breakfasts are simple, BUT against the background of numerous novelties for residents of other countries, the hotel can put the body in order.
A very cool place! Not an ordinary interior! The staff is very polite and pleasant! The owner of the hotel Anwar is a very hospitable person and sincere 👍👌🔥🔥🔥
An amazing place! I recommend it to everyone. Very interesting interior, clean, amazing friendly people in the service! Good location, anywhere in Samarkand. There is a work desk, fast Internet, excellent coffee is brewed! If you have any questions, and any tourist has them, then this hotel will answer, prompt, and help you. Thanks! The magical Oriental fairy tale in Samarkand would not be complete without staying at the Boutique Hotel Arka!
Cool! Delicious breakfasts, a cozy room and Anwar aka! The Best!

The hotel is very cozy, quiet inside, everything you need is there. The rooms are new. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice, the staff is caring.
I spent two nights at this hotel traveling in Uzbekistan in May 2023 as part of a tour group, so I do not know the cost of the rooms. But we all really liked the hotel, it is new, in the style of a castle, luxurious beds and a bathroom. Wonderful breakfasts include omelets with cheese and tomatoes and cheesecakes, well, a lot of sausage cuts, cheese, various buns and fruits. In front of the hotel there is a chic restaurant where grand Uzbek weddings take place and where we could look at such a celebration with one eye, next to a pizzeria with traditional European cuisine. The hotel is not located in the city center, which may not be a bad thing, we reached Registan in 30 minutes, looked at parks and wonderful green alleys. I recommend the hotel, it's quiet, comfortable and delicious!
I chose between a rating of 3 and 4, but I still put 4 only because of the hotel manager Anwar. Indeed, hospitality, responsiveness and cordiality are absolutely unusual for a person of the European mindset.
If we talk about the hotel itself, yes, the unusual design of the building (which has its drawbacks, because the darkened windows inside the well will not let in light and it will be noisy); there are rooms on the 1st floor (for an amateur). The room has its own style, but it is very minimalistic. Comfortable mattress, uncomfortable pillows. There is a weak water pressure in the shower, and the shower was running in our room.
They gave one bathrobe for two residents. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. The phone in the room was not working.
The breakfast is just terrible from the point of view of variety - there are several dried pieces of sausage and cheese, cold pancakes and pancakes, jam in boxes and a few apples/bananas. On request, they will make something out of eggs and give porridge like at school. The coffee is tasteless (as it is almost everywhere in Uzbekistan).
In general, if it were not for Anwar, given the absolutely not low cost for RU, the place would be very mediocre.
Hospitable staff, met , escorted, prompted. The rooms are very cozy, with all conditions. The chefs cook delicious food, ask about preferences and + buffet.
A great, new, very cozy hotel. It is located 20-30 minutes walk from Registan. There is heating, hot water (this is important here).
A very hospitable host, knows where the most delicious Samarkand pilaf is and will tell you where to take a walk.
The architecture of the hotel itself is interesting.
Of the cons:
1. Meager breakfasts.
2. The rooms on the third floor have low water pressure
3. The strange manager, as he calls himself, then he demonstrates hospitality, treats you with wine and treats your drinks and treats other guests... And at the same time, we do not bother anyone and everything is fine ...
And the next day the picture is 180 degrees: do not make noise, do not drink, do not gather in the room more than one..
With a room price from 112 to 180 dollars per night, the attitude is like in a Soviet hotel
We are thrilled! We stayed for 2 nights. The owner took care of us as if we were family. We have never been greeted so warmly anywhere else :) He advised me where it is best to go, and where not to go.
Everything in the hotel is new, the room looked fresh. Nice bathroom. Our room didn't have a window facing the street, but that didn't stop us. Perhaps there are windows on the floors above.
The location is convenient. You can also walk to the main attractions, or you can take a cheap taxi.
And Wi-Fi worked great, even on work calls using zoom.
A very nice little hotel, with a soul, so to speak. It is a little out of the way, but this is probably a plus, because it is calm and quiet. The guys at the reception are polite and welcoming. The Pos terminal is only faulty with them, card payment may not happen on the first attempt))
A cool hotel with a high-quality interior. Everything is well done. Delicious breakfasts with a variety of food. Everything is clean. Convenient location. There are shops and cafes nearby.
A wonderful hotel. Cozy and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, attentive staff. It is located in a convenient location, there are a lot of cafes nearby. I recommend it for recreation.
A hotel that I would like to recommend to everyone. New, stylish, clean. The courtyard has especially sunk into the soul. The staff is so friendly and hospitable that you don't feel like a guest.
The hotel is the fiercest top! The bed is emir's, the breakfast is royal, the atmosphere is royal. Everything is in the room, wine at the reception, delicious places nearby
The hotel is interesting, well designed, but a welcoming table in the middle of the courtyard (where all the windows from all the rooms overlook) spoils the rest for those who are not sitting at it. The courtyard is a well, it enhances conversations and laughter.
I was vacationing in Samarkand, I accidentally chose this hotel, very good rooms, the hotel is new opened in May 2022, everything is clean, service is on the level, in general I recommend this place)
