We were at this hotel in November 2021, the hotel is located across the street from Dubai Marina, there are two crossings, but they are very far away, and the hotel canceled the transfer, it's not very convenient, it's 50 minutes on foot to the beach, so only by taxi, taking into account traffic jams when approaching the beach, it's not convenient, the rooms came clean up after 19 hours, sometimes after eight in the evening, cleaning is more than formal, the carpet in the room is old and it has never been vacuumed, the food is monotonous and not very high quality, the hotel takes a deposit of 200 dirhams upon arrival, but when we handed over the room, there were no complaints against us and we were confirmed the return of the deposit to the card with which we paid, but the money was never returned to the card, the bank in Moscow confirmed that the money was not returned
I liked the hotel's convenient location, there is not a large supermarket nearby, the metro is about a kilometer away, which is also very convenient. The reception staff is friendly and Russian-speaking. The cleaning of the rooms is more complicated, the balcony was not washed more than once in 7 days, it was dusty there, slippers were never interrogated, there were no bathrobes either, but I think if you insist, they will bring everything, we were just absent more than we were present in the room))) And so I liked everything, the breakfasts were very tasty, the bed was comfortable, there was a kettle in the room, drinking water was replenished, tea, coffee too. The view from the balcony is oboldenny
The location of the hotel is good, Jumeirah, there is a supermarket nearby. The hotel has long queues for breakfast and an extremely small selection of dishes. There is a strange audience (someone from above threw a banana peel into an outdoor pool). Rating 4-.
A normal hotel for sane money. Near the metro, supermarket, bike rental point and a couple of roadside restaurants. The room is not small and has a huge bed. And the view from the balcony from the 39th floor is just a bomb.
I liked the hotel itself, it is a 30-minute walk from the beach and also from the metro. There are disadvantages, drinks including water, are given only for breakfast, during the day only for payment, bought in the nearest supermarket. The three of us had a rest and as an additional place a euro-bed with a terribly hard mattress was offered, the metal bars were not just felt, but were visible, so they just moved two beds and lived like that all week, the question from the administration about replacing the mattress was not resolved.
Good hotel, inexpensive! Minus far from the sea and marina mall. Really far away. The metro station is a 15-minute walk away. The food is average without frills. The room is clean! Snow-white underwear! The towels came with a hole....The pool is shallow and the pool is small. The floor of the pool is generational, the second half is shoulder-high (my height is 161cm) umbrellas by the pool 3 pcs. During the solar peak, you will fight for the shadow. On weekends, the shuttle does not go to the sea. Take a taxi to get there.....
A good view from the hotel, the rooms themselves are not quite clean, quite old repairs and furniture, there are not enough towels and they are in holes 🙈
Very far from the beach

I will tell you my trip in great detail so that people understand what they will face when they arrive at the hotel (maybe I'm being picky, of course). We settled in early in the morning without any problems, no one was waiting for 12.00, a Russian-speaking woman met at the reception. There were some difficulties when settling in, while they were being solved, I watched a small cockroach (prusak) crawling around the reception desk. My sister met me at the hotel (she lives in Dubai), she was not allowed to visit me in a room without a passport. Until her passport was scanned and told to show her passport every time she would come. They didn't tell me where to have breakfast, they didn't tell me about the transfer to the sea, they didn't remove the bar from the refrigerator three times. I liked the room by its location and the view from the window, Wi-Fi in the room is free if you immediately ask for a password at the reception. The faucet works in the bathroom, but it's all broken, there's mold everywhere. Drinking water is put in the room once. (even in a three-star hotel they put it on every day). The rooms are poorly cleaned, there is old dust in the corners, the balcony is dusty, they have never been cleaned in my presence. The breakfasts are very bad for 2 weeks, the same dishes, the same menu every day. But it would be possible to turn a blind eye to all this if two men had not been settled in the next room one fine night. From the beginning they woke me up rejoicing at their arrival, and the next night they started bringing prostitutes and all their actions were very clearly audible in my room!!!! it's good that the children weren't with me. And I was very interested in the question, are they also allowed to enter the hotel with a passport????
The food is monotonous, but there is a choice, fish, chicken, beef, the assortment is not large. There is a problem with the elevators, a very long wait and a transfer to the sea with a long interval.
Not a bad hotel, if not for the poor organization of all processes. Inattentive staff, do not fulfill any requests, for two days they did not bring us towels, answering that all towels are in the laundry! The rooms are good, the food is average.
The bus from 7 days took me to the beach for only 3 days (broke down),breakfast for 2 people., the hair dryer did not work in the room, the balcony did not close until the end, the air conditioner went off, was repaired after only 3 days. The staff and reception guys are good, they helped as much as they could, but nothing depends on them. There is something to compare the three and that's it....🤔
