The hotel is not bad, but the staff has enough joints! They cleaned the room and forgot to close the window, returned when the windows were already curtained and they did not see, and it was cold at night. We froze at night, tried to turn on the ventilation for heat, it didn't work either. Then they apologized for a long time, but the sediment remained. And the cherry on the cake was the concierge's job, they asked to order a restaurant, they arrived, but there was no order (, the wife is pregnant and hungry) it turned out that they ordered a completely different restaurant on the other side of the city! Of course, this does not correspond to the service of a hotel with that name and 5 stars!

A great hotel with a wonderful location. In the rooms, the control in the rooms is "smart home" using a tablet. The reception itself is located on the 6th floor, there is also an excellent restaurant with views of Milan. Modern, cozy, clean and comfortable! I definitely recommend it
