I came to the clinic for advice: I had to put braces on to correct the bite so that the wedge-shaped defect would not develop again, and also to clean my teeth before braces. I wanted to ask the therapist if I have caries, which, as you know, you can't start straightening your teeth.
The doctor conducted an extremely superficial examination, did not report the seals that had been depressurized, or the enamel chips.
I was immediately offered veneers, as the enamel had thinned. They suggested not to put braces, just to make veneers in three steps. I took the time to think about it, because something is clearly wrong with this idea: this is the first clinic that says that it is not necessary to align teeth.
I thought that, at least forgive me, I can do the cleaning here, it doesn't seem to be difficult. It was the most painful cleaning in my life. Cofferdams were not used, as well as dust-proof oilcloths, etc. I suspect that they cleaned my airflow, as I asked. The first time they rinsed my teeth with hydrogen peroxide in the clinic and it seems that it was not diluted, since I had everything in this foam. It was a little scary, to be honest. When I got home, I found that there was a noticeable plaque on my distant teeth (I hadn't eaten anything before). And when I went to another clinic the next day, I was asked to do another cleaning before braces, since the tartar on my front teeth had not been removed. Oh, well, yes, and I was recommended not to put veneers, since it is better to protect the teeth from grinding for a longer time.
I don't give 1 star because the doctor made contact. In general, I recommend going there only to those who can fully control the work of dentists, understand what they need, and if they want to put veneers.
The Clinic Is Super! I found it on the recommendation of friends . I was there recently, I put veneers on, it turned out just WOW!!!
I was limited in time , but fortunately I managed to do everything 😍
