The impression was greatly spoiled by the room. There are rooms in the building. The ones above the kitchen are always full of smoke and smell, the ones on the other side are good. I got a room in a house on the street. It is impossible to sleep because of the music and the bar behind the wall. The bathroom also smelled of something periodically. There is a torn mesh on the window, the furniture on the "terrace" is very dirty
And it was very cold (it was October). The split system can heat the air, but it becomes almost impossible to breathe due to humidity. A thin cloth is used as a blanket. I went to the reception - they brought another one of the same, and not the first time. A nice girl who did the cleaning saved me - one day I returned to the room and instead of 3 rags on the bed I found one warm blanket.
In general, the staff is excellent. If mint is needed in tea, they will find it, if something is missing, they will bring it. Everyone is trying to help, but nothing happened with the blanket. Of the cons, almost every man asks for Instagram and to go somewhere after work.
The food is great. There was always something delicious. Unlimited airan around the clock

Tipsy Kazakhs, Tajiks and Bulgarians stand out, but in general it is tolerable. What was annoying was the work at the reception of hired staff of non-Turkish nationality. They don't care about the reputation of the hotel, I consider them unsuitable for work in good Turkish hotels, the untwisted non-working safe was never changed for us, room 530, they did not make a scandal and spoil their mood, they talk through their lips trying to lay down their own work. We are in Turkey for the third time, Alanya, Side and Kemer, what I want to note is that for free and important things like water, comfort and caring for tourists in small things, for me Kemer and in particular this hotel is the leader. If you live on the first coast, then it's not bad.There's a new building and it looks good.The old building is in poor condition, low ceilings, not very comfortable.The food is so-so (but in Turkey, in principle, the food is for an amateur).They always gave good sweets and fruits.I also recommend soups.Chicken and fish are fine, except for the barbecue (but there is a queue of a million years, as well as for pancakes).New conditions, you can't take food yourself, they just impose it.But sometimes it's even good, Russians recruit 10 people and don't eat anything.
The pool is good, the sea is clean and there are many sun beds, always found, at any time.The staff is polite, but many people don't speak Russian at all.Near the center of Kemer, 20 minutes on foot.
There is alcohol, but we couldn't drink it, it's wild, the cheapest thing there is, I think.But you can drink a mojito, it will do.It's better to take pomegranate wine in stores, it's just a dump of everything, very tasty and high-quality.Lukum is also gorgeous (I recommend the brand luckum and spice, we took it from a nice family with a baby, very kind, honest people, treated and just like that).

The root of all the evils of this hotel is austerity in the number of staff: a large shortage in all positions. Probably, because of this, they either do not fulfill their duties at all, or with great hatred for us. A lot of Turkish citizens are resting in this hotel: they are treated with all their heart, and they are not forced to put on a mask, and they will decorate a cocktail with whipped cream, and make a smile.

In the canteen, the food is edible, but absolutely not tasty - something is wrong with their boss (((. They ate so as not to stay hungry, without pleasure. Queues for food, as in Soviet times. Vacationers are mainly from our province: they rush around the hall with plates, knocking down and spilling the contents...They eat like piglets.
The sunbeds by the sea are almost close to each other, that is, there is no question of any distance.

The room (we lived by the sea) is fine, we cleaned as best we could, from under the stick!).

The hotel has a 5* rating, but for what? For having an elevator?
The food is meager, the breakfasts are so sad. You can't find the appliances if you didn't arrive at the beginning of the food distribution. A room with burnt curtains and carpet, Wi-Fi is paid, the reception is not focused on helping guests - we asked for a towel in the room for three days - they gave one per person, the next day they took it away during cleaning, left nothing instead.
If you plan to walk in the center of Kemer- the hotel is 40 minutes away at a brisk pace, it will be difficult to walk every day.
The hotel's beach is a 10-15-minute walk away.
In general, 3 stars, no need to deceive the guests.

In September 2021, my wife and I visited this hotel and were wildly disappointed.There is simply no attitude at the reception, in order to move into a new building, you need to pay 20 euros extra. It doesn't look like a five to me. Bartenders are sluggish, they are not friends with cocktails. meals are served by the hour, and if there is still a snack bar in the afternoon, then there is nothing after dinner in the evening. I arrived after 9, everything, only the night soup at 23.30. WiFi, safe for an additional fee. The meat is mostly chicken and turkey, although of course you won't stay hungry.
