Good afternoon to everyone who reads my review!
During the pandemic, this year, we were still able to escape on vacation to our beloved Turkey! but! As we were warned, the rest will not be exactly what we would like (in comparison with previous years, it is in Turkey).
We flew from Yekaterinburg with a transfer in Moscow, which made it a long flight. We took off from Yekaterinburg at 8-00 and we arrived at the hotel only at 19-10. The weather was great, all 12 days of our vacation - not a cloud, not a storm. The air temperature was +46 at first, at the end of the rest it dropped slightly to +39, the pace.Water +30! You go into the sea - and it's warm!!! High!!! There was practically no wind. It's super hot during the day.
Now about the hotel.
Upon arrival, we filled out the questionnaires and were told to wait 5 minutes. It took 25 minutes, after which I couldn't stand it and went to the reception desk to remind myself. It turned out that they had simply forgotten about us, and for some unknown reason our questionnaire was put in a drawer. Well, anyway, thank God we were settled in a normal room No. 2303 on the 3rd floor with a BALCONY! I focus on the balcony, because there is one building with "French" balconies. I do not recommend the third building, because its windows overlook the stage, where it is always very noisy and music is playing until 23-00. The room has been slightly redecorated, laminate flooring is not shuffled, there is air conditioning, but it is sooo old, although it is working. It is already yellowed from old age, and the unit itself is hanging on the balcony, which is not very pleasant, because it is very warm from it, and at the same time.+26 in the evening, without wind with a warm stream from this unit, it is not comfortable to sit on the balcony, to put it mildly. It's not central, they turned it on themselves when they needed to. The refrigerator barely cools, but it doesn't make any noise. The in-room safe is free, but it didn't work. We called the master - he picked at it for 15 minutes, then told us the code that we had to enter, the only way it could open/close, it's funny, so we didn't use it. But the beds were cool, not sagging, one double euro and one single with a waterproof mattress. And the pillows are good. The bedspread was a waffle sheet, but it didn't bother us, because it was hot anyway. The TV seemed to catch 4 Russian channels, but we hardly watched it. Toilet and bathroom together. There are 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 mini soaps. Liquid hand soap and soap are hanging in the shower stall. However, for 2 days we had a very strong smell of sewage, after complaining to the administrator, it began to smell less often)). We were not informed of 1 set of towels, but the next day the maid gave us without any problems. Towels were changed on request, and the room was also cleaned on request, because they were not eager to clean up. There was a hair dryer, working)).
There are 3 pools, 2 adults and 1 child (40 cm deep). 2 water slides, which include from 13-00 to 15-30. Our 4-year-old child rode with them without any problems.
There is a SPA, but we did not go there, it is paid. A hammam in the SPA costs $ 30 per person, you can buy it on the street for $ 20.
Wi-Fi is paid, and it catches well only in the room, it works intermittently on the territory. We came out in 11 days - $ 19 - the cost is only for 1 room. So my husband and I took turns turning it on (haha).
And now the worst thing is the food.
I have never seen such disgusting food and terrible service in the dining room. Firstly, they are allowed there only in masks. The buffet is just a name, because you can't impose it yourself. There are waiters at each counter, they don't understand Russian well, so there are very long queues. And when you stand in all the queues and sit down to eat, the food is already cold and disgusting. Even when they put it on you, it's barely warm anymore. The cheeses are not tasty at all. Instead of bread, there are rolls in a package. There is very little baking. Meat was given only 1 time in the form of a cutlet, mostly chicken. The fish was only herring and mackerel, ugh. You also stand in line for tea and coffee. The tea is weak, the tea is not delicious. Coffee is only available in the coffee machine. There is no milk. 3 times they gave ayran. Good coffee is brewed in Turkey at the pool bar. The alcohol is all burnt, the cocktails are one name, the bullshit is complete. If you want a normal cocktail - $ 3. There are no napkins, no salt, no sugar on the tables. You are given only 1 set in a package: a knife, a fork, 1 napkin and a pack of salt. That's it! You need to go and look for the rest. It is necessary to take food in a mask, otherwise you will not be served. There is also a tape glued to the floor near the distribution area, which you can not get up on, and even more so for it - the distributors immediately start to get nervous and yell at you. The food is monotonous and not tasty. We were just shocked by it! This is the biggest and most significant disadvantage.
All the hotel staff are not friendly. 50% of Russians, 40% of Turks and 5% of Belarusians and Ukrainians each had a rest at the hotel.
The beach was sand, the sand entering the sea, from this the water near the shore was muddy, then the cobblestones began, some slippery slabs lay in some places, sand again in places and stones again, in some places even sharp. When my husband was diving, he took out the sharp bottle necks a couple of times. The entrance to the sea is gentle, but the Internet does not take there. On the way to the beach, a new hotel is being built, so it is dusty and noisy.
No matter how we tried to distract ourselves from all the disadvantages, the rest was not 100%. I would give this hotel a weak 3 stars. He can't do much more.

The hotel has low (4 floors) buildings. Not shiny, but mostly neat. One pool is very shallow, one is medium and one is for adults. There are a couple of small water slides. Safe deposit box - $2 per day. Hotel WiFi is paid. Some complain about its quality.
In general, the usual 4. The service is normal, but there are many moments (juice, ice cream, alcohol) where free services have paid more extended analogues.

We stayed at this hotel from 09/22/200 to 09/28/2020. We were settled in the 4th building on the top floor. The room is just awful. The glass on the balcony door doesn't seem to have been wiped once - it's cloudy, dirty. The curtains wouldn't hold. There is dirt on the balcony itself. Upon check-in, the young Turk told us that this was one of the best rooms and demanded $ 10 from us, if we did not pay him, they would give him a room on the ground floor with a view of the fence. It was the same with our neighbors.
The bathroom is all nothing but a shower cabin.The shower stall is very narrow (about 70 by 70 cm). You can only stand. No shelves for soap and shampoo. The hood is not working.
The safe is free, it opens with any lock pick, it is not bolted to the wall, you can take it under your arm and take it wherever you want.
The furniture, of course, is not new, but never mind it. We calmed ourselves down by the fact that we came to the sea to relax, sunbathe, and not sit in the room.
The food is so-so. For breakfast, eggs in any form, sausages, raw and stewed vegetables, tea, coffee, lactic acid products and slicing: sausages and cheeses. Moreover, the soup is mainly made of lentils and either milk rice or milk hercules - for lovers. Lunch has a more varied menu, but meat is mostly chicken. There was a turkey once in 6 days. Fruits and vegetables have always been there, pastries, oriental sweets are delicious.
The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained. There are three pools: for adults, children and two more slides. All are clean.
It's a five-minute walk to the beach. Umbrellas, sun beds, towels are free of charge. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle, there are stones, but in principle the beach is good.
The Internet is paid and bad.
In general, I would not recommend this hotel. He does not pull at 4 stars at all, a weak three.

Well, what can I say about Armas: an economical hotel for a family holiday, boring for young people,there is a massacre on the beach for sunbeds, and we went in October, it's not such a season anymore, the food is delicious, there are few fruits: sour plums,apples, sour tangerines. They brought painted watermelons twice, showed them to everyone, took pictures and took them away. The animation is average, there is no disco, a quiet holiday for pensioners is the best thing.Alcohol is not alcohol, it's no good. The food is delicious, the rooms are cleaned every day, the pools are clean - this is a plus. From entertainment, table tennis,paid slot machines,water polo,WiFi catches at the reception for a fee, does not catch in the rooms. The food was chicken and turkey, the fish was burnt, looked like trout, in short, they would not feed fish delicacies

We had a rest in September at this hotel with children. A wonderful hotel! The sea is a three-minute walk away, a varied buffet, excellent rooms, animation for 5+ I can't mention any disadvantages, they just don't exist. We did not regret that we chose this particular hotel, next time we will come here!!!)

Well, what can I say, we rested in July 2021, but it's not 5 *, far from 5*, it's 4*. No matter what, it's the best thing for 4*. But there are huge disadvantages. After our vacation, I have no questions only about the food, the chef, everything is very tasty and there is a lot of everything. But in many ways it's just terrible. 80% of Turks themselves and 20% of Russians and Ukrainians rest in the hotel. So the Turks tell everyone who's the boss, they have all the privileges, they are served without waiting in line, they have the best rooms, they clean up, but everyone else can wait, well, take what's left. In general, if you want to feel like a black sheep and be satisfied with what is left, you are here. But I'm not naked anymore at this hotel.

Entertainment all day long. The food is excellent. The pools are clean. the sea is a 5-minute walk away...but the beach of the hotel is very small... There are no sun beds available. We went to another beach. The territory of the hotel is very small...but this is compensated by the constant animation and the presence of the embankment...leading to the center of side. They moved us into room 1716, our refrigerator does not work, and we have a small child and there is nowhere to store baby food and it will spoil if it is not put in the refrigerator, I went to the administrator, but I did not solve the problem. They settled completely in an unprepared room. One towel for 3 people. One card to enter the room. We want you to move us to a room more suitable for us. It's just awful. I will take a video review of your hotel and post it wherever possible. Including on youtube and on top hotel. My wife's birthday is 09.09. 2020. She is very disappointed with this service. The holiday is cancelled.

We were at the hotel in September 2018. We were settled in the 2nd building on the 2nd floor. A room with a bunk bed. View of the pool. The hotel has 1 large swimming pool, 1 with slides, 1 children's pool and a relaxation pool. The territory is small, but everything is conveniently located. I liked the animation the most! Well done guys! The food is varied. Everything is great for a 4* hotel! 5 min walk to the sea. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is good. All in all, a great hotel!

We had a vacation with my wife from August 15-25. The second time in this hotel, we don't want to say anything better than fine. Room 4506 is good, there is no need for two more. Cleaning every day, we were quite satisfied with the food. The attitude is at the highest level, the animators invited everyone from the very morning, regardless of age, to exercise, play and dance.The restaurant will always help on demand, even if someone does not know the language, the issue will be solved., so that's just a big plus!!!
