A great hotel with its own beach. The rooms are nice with air conditioning, they are cleaned every day. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Diverse, rich cuisine. 4 bars: 1 in the lobby, 2 on site, one of them open until 02:00, 1 on the beach. The hotel administrators and animators are Russian-speaking. Children and adults will not be bored, the entertainment program is extensive. 3 swimming pools. Drive from the airport to the hotel 1-1.5hours.

We stayed at this hotel from the end of October to the beginning of November. This hotel does not pull more than 3*. The air temperature was very comfortable, and the sea was a bit cold and dirty at that time. The bottom of the sea leaves much to be desired. Some kind of plates, between which a foot can easily get stuck. It's not far to the sea. There was a lot of inedible food for me. Tasteless meatballs and cutlets and even incomprehensible dishes. But the omelet is just super, like coffee and rolls. But you won't stay hungry, that's for sure. The linen was not changed. I had to throw it on the floor to get it changed. The rooms were cleaned every day. But the shower gel and whatever else was there, which was dusty, apparently hadn't changed since the beginning of the season. It's good that before we went, we read the reviews and took both gels and toothpaste with us.No one was waiting for us at the reception and it was not very comfortable to communicate with the young people sitting there. The most unpleasant thing was that the hotel had been shutting down since November 1, and we were eating stale buns and everything else was already so-so. The cakes and pastries were very beautiful and there were a lot of them, but there were few edible ones from all this variety (tasteless). The territory is small, but well maintained and beautiful. Anyone could only come in. We never saw any guards at the entrance from the sea.And we really liked Side himself. Especially the old town and the boardwalk before it. We went several times. The food in the restaurant is not very good. But during the day they made a grill outside , it was delicious there . The sea and the beach are covered in algae, and if you walk a little further along the beach, then everything is clean, the water is transparent. I don't know what this is about . The rooms are poorly cleaned . Every time they came to the room, there were streaks of dirty rags and garbage on the floor. Well, I'm not going there anymore.

We stayed at the Armas Bella Sun Hotel from April 27 to May 08, 2024. I really liked the hotel. I scored 5 points according to all criteria, which includes service, cleanliness, food, and attitude towards tourists. The rooms are large (we lived in the central building), even the presence of a French balcony in the room did not bother at all. The linen is clean, changed regularly. The beds are big, the mattresses are insanely comfortable. The food in the restaurant is just wonderful (fish, chicken, meat, turkey, all fried, boiled, stewed, with and without vegetables, in short, for every taste). No one will starve to death.
Wi-Fi works flawlessly, both in the room and in the pool, and the in-room safe is free. The beach is a 3-5-minute walk from the hotel. The beach itself is small, but we had enough sun beds, since we were at the beginning of the season. There is a promenade along the sea, where you can walk in the evening.
But I would especially like to note the work of the animators: Igor, Denise, Alex, Maxim, Alena and Alina, who speaks Russian, English, Turkish phenomenally without hesitation and accent. I have not seen such a sincere and warm atmosphere that they create for vacationers, both children and adults, for a long time. The guys don't just work off their hours, they really give a piece of themselves. Almost everyone is approached and finds at least a minute to just chat or joke. This is one of the best animation teams I've met in almost 25 years of traveling, 15 of which are tours to Turkey. Just well done, keep it up until November. I wish you strength and inspiration! Perhaps in October I will return to the same hotel.

A good 5*. Three buildings of 5-6 floors each. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, spacious, cozy. Everything is working properly.
The food is at the highest level: the variety of dishes will not leave you hungry for sure. The schedule is standard: breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus snacks in between in the form of delicious burgers, snacks, French fries, ice cream and Turkish tortillas with stuffing.
I did not like the sea because it was cloudy and the bathing line was shallow, near the fence I was up to my neck (with a height of 164). The hotel is on the first coastline, there are umbrellas to hide from the sun, sun beds with mattresses, but places are limited and it is not always possible to take a seat when coming to the beach. But there is a bar on the beach, sometimes we settled there.
There are three bars on the territory of the hotel, good Wi-Fi catches perfectly throughout the territory, including the sea. It's just gorgeous.
There are plenty of shops with souvenirs, spices, lukum, etc. around the hotel itself. any currency is accepted for payment, we were with dollars. All prices are now indicated in euros, as it is stable there, unlike the dollar. But if you come with dollars, it's not a big deal, since euros = dollars.

I had to wait once and point out the dirt . The food is good and varied. Fruits and vegetables were always fresh, meat and fish were well cooked. There are two large pools on the territory, one with two small water slides, two for small children. There is a cute little town for children, a lounge area with sofas and a bar. It consists of several small cozy buildings. The room is stylish in gray tones (from light to dark shades). There is a hammam and a spacious sauna. Clean, neat. The food and drinks are quite decent. We didn't go hungry, even the child didn't have enough teeth. The staff is polite, pleasant, sociable, friendly. I would like to highlight the animation team separately!!! They are very funny, artistic, mobile, pleasant! The only negative thing is the distance from the airport, the audibility in the room (in the bathroom) and the search for sun loungers. There are only positive emotions left. We would have come back here again.

On the recommendation of a travel agent, we chose this hotel, lived on the 3rd floor, the room was good, but rarely cleaned (garbage was only thrown out, and the floors with sand were not washed for 2-3 days) , Restaurant : there are a lot of people, and unfortunately there is very little choice of food. I was at the hotel from 30.09.24 to 6.11.24. It seems like the hotel is not bad, but at the end of the season the food is bad, mosquitoes. You can somehow treat the territory from mosquitoes. And it is impossible, if the end of the season is to serve guests poorly, to collect sun beds when the guests have not yet left, to reduce food, as in a three-piece or worse. I will not go there anymore, well, we are not happy to have guests there, we received the money and forgot that we paid for them as for a good rest and we should not worry about the upcoming repairs. We stayed at this hotel from October 3 to October 9, 2024. Room 1201 is a family room. Overall, I liked it!
Food: breakfast and lunch are not a big choice, but delicious. The limited selection was offset by a large selection of vegetables-greens and fruits. Dinner is always a bang! The wine and beer are decent! The disadvantage in the dining room is that the dishes are poorly washed(((
The cleaning is not bad, but they like to come after lunch when they were resting. They asked the reception to come earlier and the problem was resolved.
Animators are cool, young, groovy, not annoying guys. The senorita is beyond competition.
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the beach. The sun beds were occupied from 6 !!! morning... The shore is not cleaned, practically, algae from the shore into the water. We went swimming to the left, behind the pier!
It took 45 minutes to walk along the shore to the Temple of Apollo. The place is colossal!!! We didn't reach the turtles, which we regret(((
I recommend the hotel and I am ready to return there myself!
