we had a rest at the end of September 23. in general, everything is fine. of what can be improved is food. a very strange schedule of restaurants, from 16 to dinner there is nowhere to eat at all, you have to think about something with children, leave from lunch.
there are not enough sun loungers on the beach, in particular because of the smart guys taking up space and not coming to the beach afterwards, but it's still not enough. in the sea itself there are large stones, about which you injure your legs. it is necessary to enter the sea either with your back or very carefully. in 3 days and a couple of abrasions on your legs, you will already learn their location, but it seems to me that you can somehow hang a warning at least with an approximate location.

We had a rest with the whole family from October 14 to 23, 2022.
The hotel has been renovated, furniture, plumbing, everything is new, very clean, as I like)) . The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, bed 1 time. The territory is small, but the children were perfectly guided by it, they went themselves, both to the children's room and to various performances!! There are 3 pools , there are slides , only 2. But we were unlucky with the weather, the first 3 days it rained, so the water was cold in the pool, very few people swam there. But there is a sauna and a hammam! I really liked it!! Food! There seems to be a lot of it, but the chef is not friends with salt ((, there was fresh meat and fresh fish all the time. There are a lot of fruits. A variety of ice cream , and very tasty . And special thanks for the baking. I have always been indifferent to Turkish sweets, but these cakes were wonderful!!! Drinks were for every taste))), and alcoholic drinks were made with the help of small bottles, as they used to be given on airplanes)) so, that nothing was diluted. Mahito was always served with fresh mint and lime. Crayfish, Rum, Gin, Tequila... , all from small bottles , do you want a clean view, do you want a cocktail
Children's cocktails, as always, from sodas with acidic grenadines. But there were also milkshakes (strange to my taste)). The staff was responsive, the animation was for both children and adults. But we were with 3 children, one of whom was 1 year 4 months old, we were not up to animation))), although the older children managed to watch performances and participate in various competitions! The beach is there, clean, with a bar (not only drinks, but also nuggets, burgers ....), but small. But we were located further away, where there is more sand for children, and the sunbeds were dragged to the sea itself and it was super))) . I really liked the location of the hotel, the promenade is simply gorgeous, comfortable and endless, with a stroller the promenade is excellent. There are shops and a bus stop nearby, the old Side is located a few stops away , we drove ourselves on a regular minibus . The Greek ruins are amazing!!! Of course there were better hotels nearby, but for the money, the hotel is great!!
Everyone who wrote that the Larisa hotel with refugees from Ukraine is nearby was not deceived. The road to the beach goes past him. But we have never had any complaints, signs of bad attention or anything else from the guests of this hotel, or from guests from other countries, both our hotel and others!
Our children were touched, people helped, they were polite.
By the way, the first time (with us) There was a photographer at the hotel. He tried to persuade us to do a photo shoot for 3 days ( $ 3 each photo), and we did not regret it! Out of 195 photos))), I left 18)))!! There could have been more))), but the best ones. And they are cool!!

We had a rest in May 2023. I liked the room, it was spacious with a balcony, a comfortable bed. The hotel is clean and tidy everywhere. There is not much to go to the sea, 3 minutes, the sea is clean, the beach is sandy. Along the embankment you can walk to the ancient city, it is about 3-4 km. An excellent group of animators worked at the hotel every day, which did not let you get bored. The food is very tasty and varied. The staff is working at a high level, friendly. We are very satisfied with the rest.

Overall, the impression of the hotel is very good, there are definitely more advantages:
+excellent location at the beginning of the promenade (3km) to the old town of Side. You can walk, you can take a local minibus (runs along the main road)
+free safe, Wi-Fi, beach towels
+fresh renovation in the rooms
+there is a kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator in the room
+ varied meals (were in the first half of October)

The rooms are poorly cleaned...a place on the beach should be occupied at 6- 7 in the morning.....After 9 a.m., people are at sea like in Anapa, the queue for French fries is 30 minutes....the food is oddly shaped...The situation was saved by the animation team))) Igor, Max, Alex, Lera are just handsome, well done. Excellent hotel, rested for a week, from May 22-29, 2023. We flew in Turkishas, from St. Petersburg for 4 hours. Four buildings, fresh repairs everywhere. Free Wi-Fi, on site and on the beach. The sea is nearby, 300m. The sand, the sea is shallow. Great animation every day. Good food, fruits, greens, pastries. Bottled wine, juices, cocktails. Yes, the bar is diverse. It's good. There are 2 small slides by the pool that close at different times: they can be blocked at 15, at 16, or even at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. What really struck me was the Terrible attitude towards the service staff. I went for a massage in the Hammam to the wonderful masseuse Shakira. I am very grateful to her. I would like to note the professionalism. When she did the massage, she explained what, how and for what she was doing. I got into conversation with her and we started chatting. When we decided to say goodbye on the territory of the bar, she and a work colleague with whom we just sat quietly and talked were called screaming to the reception, where they were given a huge fine and fired with shame and obscenity! It was terrible. The staff is treated like slaves, like cattle. I tried to explain that we were just saying goodbye, but they didn't pay any attention to me. On the surface, everything is friendly and clean, but at the end of the rest, the whole impression was spoiled. They immediately explained that sunburn and sunstroke are not included in the medical insurance. People in white coats with a first aid kit and answered that they were not doctors... We are currently vacationing in this hotel with a child of 10 years old. The hotel is certainly not five stars, but the rooms are modern. Cleaning every day. The location of the hotel is very good. Everything is within walking distance. The sea is 3 minutes on foot. You can walk along the road along the sea to the ancient city of Side (3 km). There is a pharmacy nearby and several shops. There is a bus stop nearby. You can drive to the Center of Side. There is a bus every hour that takes you free of charge from the hotel to Nova moll. The restaurant is very clean. There are many different dishes. But there is not enough meat. Mostly chicken, fish. Lots of fresh vegetables, olives, fruits. There is a very good animation for children, especially for the little ones. Every evening there is a show program. The staff is polite, everyone speaks Russian. If possible, I will choose the same hotel, I recommend it with families with children.

We were in August 2023. Super! The staff is great! They work like clockwork. There is a lot of food, a large selection. We didn't stay hungry even once))) even the daughter is fastidious- she didn't starve!!! Swimming pools, two slides, the sea, the beach (a little walk- 2 minutes), a beach bar! The sun beds were occupied after breakfast and they were always ... animators in general- fire!!! And in the morning, afternoon and evening - they entertained us!!!
I advise everyone!!! We had a great rest!!!

The biggest disadvantage, for those who want to lie on the beach specifically, is a small beach with sunbeds on each other's heads, BUT....There is a long coastline and you can wander around and get an appetite and tan. But I got up at 7:00, at 7:30 I occupied the sun beds and went to breakfast, because then you won't go to bed anymore😭🤭
In general, the food is varied.
The best building is 3, we lived in it, the quietest and closest to the sea is room 3216! Tired sconces, once upon arrival there were sets of shampoos and gels, then no one updated them. They cleaned it a couple of times and forgot to put at least one towel at all, a trifle, of course, but it's strange.
We didn't even try alcohol (local slurry) it was fine only beer (Efes, I saw kegs brought)
I can't say that the whole staff is friendly, there were a couple of girls (Russians) they worked with such faces that you don't go to a fortune teller there-they were already all shaken.
The transfer was excellent both there and back.
The location of the hotel is generally fire: go 1-1:20, and then walk in different directions in the evening, there are cheap minibuses from the hotel 300m stop.
There are a lot of cats on the territory, everyone loves them and feeds them) one of us slept all night long.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/25/2013 for 10 days. Rooms, food and animation on 4. The worst impression of the beach! The beach area is very small, the sea is dirty, you walk 200 meters into the sea and everything is shoulder-high. There are catastrophically not enough sun beds, they are stuck to each other. The administration doesn't give a damn about this problem! Line 2 and walk 8 minutes to the sea along an indecently unkempt
road where vehicles pass! I do not advise anyone to relax in this hotel. By the way, the whole family got infected with coronavirus there! We got sick there on day 3. Upon arrival home, they passed a covid test and turned out to be positive! Draw your own conclusions!

I really liked the hotel: the room is spacious, the beach is large, there are a lot of sun beds (the only thing that most of the comrades occupy with a towel, and they themselves go on an excursion or go for a walk), the pools are clean, animation from morning to late evening. The food is varied, there is plenty of everything!!!! The only huge disadvantage is room cleaning!!! The floor is not washed from the word at all, if you catch a cleaner, then one rag in the whole room will wash it.
