We had a vacation with a friend from June 24, 2022 to July 4, 2022. I really liked it.

Seafood - fried fish and that's it.I caught wifi perfectly on the beach, and in the room too. The disadvantage of the beach is the number of sunbeds. You need to get up early to get a place under the umbrella. The entrance to the sea is beautiful (we walked along the coastline of expensive hotels, found a lot of stones at the entrance to the sea). The animation is wonderful, interesting and fun. The location is not bad, along the promenade; The room is cleaned like everywhere else, I think, for 3 c +. Towels are changed as needed. Indeed, there is a hotel next door with refugees from Ukraine, but I have not seen any conflict situations. The police are always on duty near their hotel. I cannot objectively evaluate the work of the reception - I interacted with them during check-in and check-out. In general, I liked the rest. As a result, we were settled in a rundown room in the farthest building, although we were promised a two-room room with a view of the sea, and not on the farm. Of course, it doesn't even have a closet!!! It didn't stop there today, I decided to go to the beach with the children, by the way, it's very small. We go early, around 8 o'clock. But already at this time everything is packed, the sun beds are right next to each other. And very close by there is a large beach, completely free, only a small rope separates them and our beaches. And without thinking twice, we decided to spread out there. After about an hour and a half, two Ukrainian women came up to us, said that this was their territory, that we were dropping bombs on them, etc. We had to return to the hotel and look for a manager. She went to the beach with us, saying that the hotel was full. I offered a sunbed outside the beach, how to watch the children from there is unclear. As a result, only with the help of several managers, we managed to defend two sun beds (there are four of us in total). There is not even a cafe near the room where you can drink coffee, it is three kilometers to the nearest cafe. The beach of the hotel has dirty and muddy water, if you go a little further along the coast, the ox is completely transparent, fish swim, but these are the beaches of other hotels. Near our beach there is a strong smell of sewage. This hotel is located on the coast of Side. I am already extremely upset with my vacation!!!

Let's start with the food, it's varied, delicious, but you'll still eat what you're used to. The one who writes sparsely and equally is what everyone is. Let's not lie! A lot of dishes. But not all are clear, there are many unusual ones. Therefore, there is food for everyone! But the most divine thing is the drinks! Namely the cocktails they make. At your request, they can mix whatever you want. They can do it at their discretion. Bartenders are cute! There is also a snack bar (burgers, French fries, onion rings, etc.), everything is delicious!
What upset me is that people start drinking in the morning and finish at night😂 probably it is necessary to limit the time of issuing alcoholic beverages, it is not very cool to be in an eternally drunk society.
By the way, basically a Russian-speaking hotel. A lot of them are from Russia, Belarus.
Everyone speaks almost Russian. There are no problems with this, although there are only foreigners in neighboring hotels on the contrary 😅
Now let's talk about WI-FI. We had problems with him. Caught only on the territory in certain places. I didn't catch it in the room. On the beach, they also said they turned it off (but I understood it was in the summer)

Based on the reviews, I decided immediately at the reception to ask if the room could be renovated (we were ready to pay extra) And again we were very pleasantly surprised when a young man called a guy from the staff, gave him the keys to two rooms and sent him and me to look at the rooms and choose.They did not ask for any additional payments, and there was not even a hint of it.
We checked into a room in the main building, on the second floor. The room is lovely with a fresh renovation. Everything you need is in the room. Cleaning every day.
The staff is helpful and friendly. They respond quickly to any request or question.
The territory is not large, well maintained.
Sun beds, beach towels, tables, chairs in bars are all new, in perfect condition.

However, I was wrong. Of course, there are a lot of different criteria by which a person evaluates a particular place of rest, a country.
First of all, this feeling of happiness and satisfaction was given by the animation team. Denise, Maxim, Alexander, Albina, Yildiz and other guys, led by their Megaboss Toprak, gave maximum delight to me, my wife and children. Entertainment during the day, workshops, trainings, evening shows and discos for children are very cool productions! That's why it's worth going to this hotel for them. Because you can fill your stomach and swim in the sea and pool everywhere, but you can get a real buzz and positive emotions only from real professionals. The territory of the hotel itself is small, but it is even convenient, because any place is at hand. The road to the sea takes 3 minutes, which in principle does not bother, because you can walk a little. Of course, it is problematic with sun beds, they had to be occupied at 8 a.m. if you wanted to lie closer to the sea. We often came to the beach only at 10 a.m. and only the farthest sunbeds near the bar were free. The entrance to the sea is good, but in places there were stones, so we always tried to go in slowly so as not to hit them. It was a little annoying in the first days, but later we got used to it and already roughly remembered the places where they came across. The sea itself is gorgeous, warm, especially in the evenings, when it warms up even more.
Now there are comments on the quality of cleaning. They can all be eliminated if management keeps them under control.
Food is fire, the chef is a real master, while in his spare time he goes out into the hall and controls the situation in the hall, the availability of dishes and serving. Everything is there for everyone, for children, gourmets, vegans. In general, with food, snacks between official meals - everything is fine. There are cookies, sweets, Turkish tortillas, fruits, French fries, nuggets, burgers for snacks. In general, if you do not have time for breakfast or lunch, you will not stay hungry.
The bar is open from morning until late at night. The situation with drinks is like this - at one bar there are prepared "vats" with cocktails - 2 alcoholic and 1 non-alcoholic, at the other they cook in front of you and each time something new. I liked whiskey from strong alcohol.
There are two water slides - one regular with two thresholds, the second spiral. If you do not neglect the security measures, you will be satisfied.
Once a week there is a holiday - Turkish Night, it reflects the whole flavor of Turkish hospitality. The holiday is very fun. It starts during dinner - you are greeted with champagne, cocktails and fireworks, animators dress up as Turkish sultans, a professional dancer performs a belly dance. Then, in the evening, an ice cream cake is solemnly taken out in the amphitheater, vacationers greet the entire team of hotel managers and the general director, dance with them - in general, the atmosphere is magical.
A separate part of my review is children's entertainment. At first, my kids didn't really want to attend various events, but then they got very involved. Russian-speaking animator Denise and her colleague work with them. They attract other children and initiate them into animators. They help collect toys, monitor children and help them complete tasks at events. Drawing on T-shirts, bags, awarding diplomas and medals for participation and winning competitions - in general, the children are sincerely delighted, they did not want to leave. The evening mini-disco has become a tradition for them, although they were quite shy before and avoided such events. In order for parents not to get bored, they are also involved in dancing once per disco.

In general, there are no complaints about the kitchen - an A plus. I lowered my grade due to room cleaning. Disgusting. The girls speak only Turkish, they don't even understand English - papper. They don't do anything without a tip. The linen has not been changed in 10 days, there is a lot of garbage under the beds. The maids did not enter the room for three days. But we didn't go anywhere. In the end, I didn't want to overshadow my vacation and download my license. The sea is beautiful -plus 29 in September. Great food and animation in the evenings.
