Good day! I think that the optics of the Armati salon deserves 5 out of 5 points. I was passing through Minsk, I lost my glasses the day before. On the recommendation of friends, I called the salon and explained my problem. The time of the visit was set for the next morning. Very friendly staff, professional approach of an optometrist, and a consultant on the selection of frames. The glasses were ready the same day. I am very satisfied with the service.

I came with a ready-made prescription for glasses for Dali to the store at 185 Nezavisimosti Ave. I gave it to the doctor to pick up contact lenses for the teenager to wear constantly. A doctor with a ready-made prescription stupidly checked her colleague from the clinic by issuing the same prescription for contact lenses. After buying lenses according to the prescription, the teenager could not read a line in the book due to strong diopters. Interestingly, I emphasized to the doctor that I consider it necessary to have eight-line lenses, since I wear them myself. The doctor assured me that this is not correct. As a result, they charged me 12 rubles according to our ready-made recipe. allegedly for the selection, plus I bought lenses in another store for 28.80 rubles. The result is 41 rubles in the trash. Do not contact this store for the selection of contact lenses.

I ordered glasses here, I warned you in advance - the recipe is complicated. (300 rubles. approximately for lenses) In general, they assured that everything would be done.
Bottom line: the glasses were made terribly, from the very first minutes it was clear that they messed up with the lenses.
There were no refunds and, of course, no admissions of error. (!) The optics next door confirmed that the error in the lens is 0.25.
I do not advise ordering if you need high-quality complex lenses. You will lose money in vain.

I won't say much about the store. According to the reviews of friends, the prices for glasses are normal and do well. I can say for myself that I applied to the workshop. I needed a screw to fasten the patch on the glasses, which fits on the nose. The master picked up the screw, screwed it on herself and did not even take the money. It is clear that it costs a penny, but nowadays it is already a rarity. Thank her very much! So I definitely recommend the workshop!

I came with my frames, which the consultant didn't like very much at once. She did not help with the choice of lenses (as if they put them for free), did not answer my questions, but silently handed me an order form with the phrase: "sign that we do not guarantee your frames." Well, OK, it's not the first year I've been bespectacled, and at least once I had an experience with a ruined frame for 550 rubles. But let's omit it, knowing our Belarusian laws, I silently signed it.
After all these paperwork, signatures and other things, I was asked to leave a 100% prepayment. To my question about the logic of this action, if there is no guarantee and why do I need to pay for lenses as well? the seller, rolling her eyes, chuckled: well, it makes sense!
Learn to talk to people like a human being, the lenses were put on well, thanks to the master, but the residue of rudeness remained.
