Ugly service . The landing controller is rude. Today, on 07/23.24, on the Armavir - Reliable bus flight at 15.40, she talked in an insulting manner with passengers during boarding. All in a commanding tone with an insult. Is it possible for such people to work in the service sector? Why does she think it's okay to say "you" to me, to threaten me? The management of the bus station should pay attention to the selection of personnel.

Buses to Otradnaya are either old or out of order (the cabin often stinks of exhaust fumes).
