I came to the bank three times - I was never able to get to a specialist. People stand in an incomprehensible queue for hours, some without coupons, some with coupons. There is 1 reception window, in which it is impossible to even ask something (you are simply ignored), and nothing was really answered at the reception. This is a customer-oriented banking service. As a result, we ended up in another normal bank.
I took a ticket, there are 17 people in the queue, but only one window works. Although the branch is still 5 hours away from closing.
