We flew on 03/23/2025, bought 6 tickets, passed all check-ins, and bought a seat on the plane.We flew to the funeral and we weren't in the mood anyway, and the staff was able to ruin our nerves. We begged that we were going and we simply could not be late, that the mother of the child who died was already on the plane.No one heard us, they turned our face into a brick, and that's it, even though the plane was supposed to fly in 20-30 minutes.
