The most beautiful, peaceful and interesting place in Armenia !
Sailing, kayaking, sup boarding, cottages, sauna, mini tours… anything you can imagine 😍😍😍
We stayed with our tents. Very friendly staff, the guests are super!
A great beach with volleyball nets and entertainment (there is a rental). You can order dinner in advance so that you don't have to think about cooking in the evening. We were allowed to make a fire + we had a gas burner for tea. The payment is about 500 AMD per person per night in your tent.
A great place for a secluded holiday combined with sports activities. Clean beach and water, excellent sanitary conditions, beautiful, calm, pleasant. I would like a variety and democratic prices in the restaurant, and less wind, but it is needed for sailing)
A great place away from tourist spots and noise, perfect silence, tranquility and beautiful nature around.
Upon arrival, we were greeted and accommodated, the houses are clean, newly renovated and fresh bed linen, very comfortable, there are absolutely all amenities, I really liked the rest. The neat beach and the opportunity to rent saps also pleased
Special thanks for the excellent food, it's worth the money, delicious Armenian cuisine, especially fish
I will definitely come to you again!
A clean, beautiful beach with wonderful people who put their soul into their work) is our permanent summer spot for wheelchairs in water and wind sports. A dogfrendlyplace, which is also important!
My favorite camping site in Sevan. Plenty of space for tents, a good bathroom, various water activities for rent, sincere hosts, and just the beauty around!)
An atmospheric, quiet and hospitable place - the hosts take great care of the guests, you feel at home.
There are many options for water sports, you can ride bicycles, steam in the sauna or just relax with a book on the veranda.
The food is very hearty, fresh and delicious.
A great place for outdoor activities. We rented a sapboard. Before leaving, we went to the cafe-dining room. The hostess gave us a delicious lunch. We ate fish. Everything was very tasty.
I recommend it!
I vacationed here in November 2022 and returned again in April 2023. A great place for a secluded vacation in nature from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It takes about 1.5 hours by car from Yerevan, the road is good and part of the road is along the lake.
There are several houses on the base with cozy rooms and hot water. Delicious large breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served in the large dining room with a fireplace - everything is included in the price. Some rooms have their own small kitchen, but without a stove. In my opinion, the dining room lacks a tea/coffee area where you can freely pour tea or hot water.
There is a lot of entertainment at the base: sailing on the lake, saps and canoes, windsurfing. You can take a steam bath in the sauna, right on the shore of Sevan. For those who like to shoot, there is archery. You can arrange a disco or play table tennis. There are outdoor and indoor yoga areas, a beach bar and a volleyball net.
Separately, I would like to highlight the trip to Artanish and the Artanish peninsula. The children have their own guided program: after breakfast, a canoe trip along the lake to the point where the uphill climb begins on foot. It is comfortable to climb, but you need to dress comfortably. The mountain offers stunning views of Sevan and the snow-capped mountains. At the very top, the guide provides free time and treats delicious herbal tea with traditional Armenian sweets, the way back is comfortable on foot right to the base, where a delicious lunch with Sevan whitefish awaits.
Great place, great views, I often come here with a tent. It's quiet, very picturesque bay. You can ride on saps, kayaks, yachts, there are excursions to the mountain, bicycles for rent.
There have been several times. Everything was fine every time. And this time, our one-year-old child was electrocuted by an electric fence. The fence was on the way to Sevan, a meter from the cobblestone path. No one warned us, there were no warning signs, the fence was turned on during the day. Everything worked out, 12000V turned out to be not so scary, but for me it is an indicator of irresponsible attitude towards guests

The location is wonderful, but the accommodation is not worth the money.
The room was not perfectly clean (lots of spiders and cobwebs),
There were problems with the shower mixer: I could not adjust the balance of boiling water and ice water from the well in any way,
The bathroom sometimes smelled musty.
❓There are small marshes near the beach, thanks to which you can listen to the beautiful singing of frogs day and night, but a lot of mosquitoes and midges fly out at night.
The weather was cold, but the heater and the second blanket helped out.
The staff is very nice, responsive, always tried to help, to help out,
❣️the bed linen was fine, clean,
❣️a delicious dinner, if you ask in advance, was a wonderful fried whitefish, better than in a very popular restaurant nearby.
A kind and playful dog, Linda, lives on the territory.
🏖️There is a beach, pebbly sand, with wooden sun loungers and beach umbrellas and services of paddling, canoes, etc.
A great place to relax!) 1.5 hours from Yerevan. The food is excellent!) you can relax on your boots, stay overnight, as well as go hiking)

The best place in Sevan. You want houses, you want tents, you want yachting, you want saps... There is also a beach, volleyball, ping pong and a sauna. We've been coming here for the 3rd year.
We had bad luck with the house. It's damp and cold(
But if you don't spend the night there, then it's nice to go to Artanish
I would like a higher service for such money, of course. They didn't show or tell me anything. We had to look for everything ourselves.

Very nice, at home, like at grandma's cottage) The freshness of Sevan, boating, kayaking and sailing.
