They had constant connection problems when they were completely blind and did not see any signal from the client's system. Moreover, they didn't even realize that the connection was interrupted until I called and informed them. They did not register either the opening or closing of the office. The specialist on duty asked me to call them if I received an alarm signal from my system to my mobile application (the system's communication was stable, since I received all actions and signals in the mobile application) so that they could send a group. I talked to them every day. Their engineers went and fixed the problem on their side (which they repeatedly admitted) only for the same problem to happen again the next day.
At the end of January, my patience ran out, and I terminated the contract with them. The girl in the office promised me that they would recalculate my bill for the period when their system was not working. After I applied for termination of the contract, another employee told me that the girl I worked with had quit and she saw no reason to reduce the bill, despite the fact that all the technical specialists I talked to confirmed that the problem really existed.
I stopped all business with this disastrous organization, and I know for a fact that many of their other clients did the same in 2024. I would urge you to stay as far away from ArMobil as possible. There are other, more honest and professional companies that will provide high-quality service and will not lie to your face.
