I say, "I was told to come over," in fact, I did not understand what I was told). But I was sure that I was shown this way.
In short, the quality of service is like in a Soviet polyclinic at a private price.
No matter how you turn, there is never anything available for basic suspension consumables. Why is everything available in Minsk but not in Mogilev? The same organization like !?

The spare part was not delivered at the promised time, and I was not late for an hour but for a day, I could not find out anything on the phone, they said that the specialists were busy and would call back themselves, after an hour of waiting for the call, I went there myself, I did not notice the influx of buyers there. As a result, time was spent , the attitude of the staff was not encouraging, to be honest, I had no desire to order anything there, and now even more so I don't set foot there
The assortment is decent. Basically, the items are average in quality, i.e. what most people buy. If the consultants will select spare parts for you, then the price may differ in a big way. There were no particular problems with refunds if the product was in proper quality and form.
The selection of goods is disgusting, the staff are incompetent, they sell spare parts not for the car but at random, just to sell it, I do not recommend it, you will change it several times, a waste of time and nerves
