To the company, I would like to reduce trade surcharges for spare parts, because unfortunately they are often higher than those of competitors, although they used to be the first on the market, and I bought only from Armtek.
There is a separate pain - there is no direct connection with the store, you have to constantly work through the call center, which is extremely inconvenient.
