Good location, large room area, air conditioners work well, excellent price-quality ratio, polite staff, the ability to put a motorcycle behind a fence, it is convenient that the hotel is 1-storey, no need to lift luggage up the stairs.
The rooms are not perfectly clean due to the materials and age of the hotel. A la carte breakfast, a choice between porridge and scrambled eggs. Coffee is 3 in 1, as in most places in Central Asia.

We took a suite for 18,000 tenge on the 1st floor: large, clean, air conditioning, TV, bedside tables, all sorts of drawers, asked for a kettle and mugs - they brought it without question, in a word, for a family of 2 + 2 is the very thing. There is a small refrigerator, which already has water with and without gas (Borjomi with gas and Assay without gas), nuts (peanuts), chocolate, gas. drinks (Coca-Cola and sprite), cognac 200 mg (for those who are not driving at all, it is normal, since the price list costs only 600 tenge). The cafe at the hotel is open from 10:00 to 21:00, the portions are large. Not far from the hotel is Cafe Shah (2 minutes on foot), where you can also have a snack. There is one drawback: the sofa in the room was too hard.

We were traveling to Samarkand, we rented a room on the way, we were very tired with the child.the air conditioner is working, the TV is on, but it was not used, I liked everything, there is a refrigerator, cabinets, towels, disposable slippers, tools!
It's too bad that there is no kettle, brush and paste.
The nets need to be properly fixed and so that there are no holes, otherwise the mosquitoes have bitten the horror ..

I give 5 stars, I compare them exclusively with hotels in the south-west of Kazakhstan.
The price-quality corresponds. Breakfast is separate, but the hotel has a cafe. At first we stayed in a junior suite, the room was spacious, there were comments, everything was eliminated. Back in the standard, in May 2024 the cost was 12,500. Nice room, white sheets, no problems with water. I asked for hot water, and they gave me a kettle in the room. There was even a bathrobe and slippers in the room. The administrator is wonderful, does everything quickly, clearly, knows Russian well.

Good day to everyone. I want to tell you about a wonderful place - the Arna Hotel in Beineu. We were lucky to book a room for one night. We were passing through on vacation. A double room with one bed, a bathroom cost about 2,600 rubles. The number is just 5+. A bed with a cool, thick mattress, a table, a TV, serviceable plumbing. Everything is clean, the bed linen is pleasant. We slept for 10 hours, we wouldn't have refused the same amount. We visited the cafe at the hotel. Everything is delicious, satisfying, fresh. There is inexpensive alcohol. Dishes are prepared quickly. The portions are simply huge.
I want to thank the staff of the Arna Hotel for the warm welcome and hospitality. For a delicious dinner and a hearty breakfast. For a great rest after a long road. It's a pity we had no luck on the way back, there were no available rooms.
I definitely recommend this hotel, both for short-term rest and for long-term stay.

It's dirty. Especially carpets. The air conditioner is not working. One of our rooms was above the bathhouse, it was especially "warm".
At breakfast, in the cafe of the hotel, an employee made a harsh remark to me because I did not understand her in Kazakh. A tourist. At the hotel. Remark. He says: "You are in Kazakhstan, you must speak Kazakh."

Quite a decent hotel. The room is not smoky, the bed linen is clean, the shower/toilet is serviceable. There is a parking lot. You can wash the laundry. Of the cons: the staff at the cafe on the 1st floor could be more customer-oriented)
In general, the hotel is unlikely to be suitable for a long stay, but for one or two nights I boldly recommend it.

We stayed for one night. There is no ventilation in the room, even the bathroom is full of mosquitoes, we were given a mosquito repellent)). The kettle was also given out. The liquid soap is terrible, hands after washing, smell strongly of soap concentrate, towels and bed linen smell the same. The mattress is terrible, the springs stick out of it, it's not all smooth and oak, the pillows feel stuffed with cotton very tightly, very heavy and hard, such a pillow can be killed in a big way. I highly do not recommend it. It's better to sleep in the car.

I had to stay in Beineu for work. I stayed for a week at the Arna Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Excellent staff, competent and courteous. The rooms are pretty decent, with a standard set. There is a great cafe, there is no need to go out somewhere in search of something to eat. The prices are more than reasonable. I really liked it, I recommend it!
