In general, it is tolerable. There is zero infrastructure near the hotel. There is only one store opposite, across the highway. The beach is clean and almost empty, the sea is cool. I recommend taking at least breakfast + dinner, I took only breakfast, in this regard, most of the time we were hungry and went to eat in Manavgat. The restaurant's menu is very expensive, and does not work every day, if you manage to catch someone from the staff, you can order a kebab in the room. There is no cleaning in the rooms, only on request. The buffet menu does not contain meat, only soy.
In general, there was no excess of expectations from this hotel, but one moment fulfilled the whole impression - they tried to evict us from the room a whole day earlier, and very rudely and persistently. Please don't make my mistake, keep the hotel voucher until the end of the trip. They seized it from me, and at my request they promised to return it that it would be lying at their reception and everything would be OK. Somehow I got him through a tour operator, they didn't even apologize to us for this hassle.
They have a standard check-in story - you will spend 200% of the first night either at a campsite (there is a homeless shelter), if you are lucky - in a bungalow on the territory of the hotel

A peculiar place. We must remember that these are two stars, and a remote village. The hotel is located almost on the seashore, near such small hotels. There are canopies with sun beds on the beach. The beach itself is good, not dusty sand. The depth in the sea can be said to be 2-3 meters and with a head. But the sea is clear, the nearest large hotel is 1.5 km away. The food is for unassuming comrades, but everything is there, fruits, vegetables, several salads, Turkish soups, tea. In general, it's like in a middle-class Turkish family. You won't stay hungry. Opposite the hotel there is a shop where you can buy water, yoghurts, etc., there is also a bus stop to Manavgat and Alanya. I was driving for peace and quiet, which I found and enjoyed using.

Honest big review
We rested together with a young man at the Aroma Butik Hotel from August 22 to September 1, 2024.
Everyone who rested with us had a different opinion about the hotel. We were very lucky. The owner checked in at 10 a.m., after breakfast, instead of the usual 14:00. I got an excellent standard room in a 4-storey building with a sea view (room 117, 3rd floor). There were no curtains in the room, but this did not interfere with sleep, because it gets dark very early. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator and a TV with Turkish channels. The room itself is bright, there is enough of everything. There are hangers and a hair dryer. By the way, not everyone had a refrigerator, but he was very much needed there :) (apparently there are none in the two-story building) Because some food had to be bought at the store opposite the hotel. But more on that later.
Cleaning was done 3 times in 10 days. It was possible more often, but in general, if you call the cleaners, they will come if necessary. Some of the vacationers have not been cleaned once during the same time. It turns out that we were lucky again.
The beach is 10/10. Free sun beds, wide shore, few people, clean sea without insects, jellyfish, algae and biting fish. There were strong waves. The road to the beach from the hotel is 3-5 minutes along the pine forest. There are two outdoor showers on site to wash off the sea salt or to wash after the pool. The pool is small, and children mostly swim in it. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool. Wi-fi works even in the room, it can be difficult to catch it, you need to go out on the balcony for this. The dining room, the area by the bar and the pool are also equipped with WiFi.
The reception is a separate micro building with air conditioning. The staff speaks poor English and uses an interpreter.
The biggest disadvantage is the food :((
For breakfast, they always gave cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, jams, local cheese and sausage, which is scary to look at. the rest of the food was changing. There was often soy meat, fried eggplant, some other fried vegetables, salads and pasta. It is very difficult for children to choose food. You won't stay hungry for adults, but the choice is small. It was very annoying when there were soy nuggets for lunch, overcooked with a morning bun in some kind of red sauce. It is unclear why. Milk for coffee was given only for breakfast, at lunch we took our own from the room, bought it in the store. Coffee is only instant, so you can take something more delicious with you from the city. There are no price tags in the store opposite the hotel, 1.5 km from the hotel along the highway there is a Migros chain store, there is more choice and there are price tags. The cost of both stores is ~ the same. In general, there is no entertainment near the hotel, you can walk ~ 1 km to the 5* hotel, take a walk with them.
The territory of the hotel is small, above the dining room there is a recreation area with swings and bags with balls.
To get to the city, you need to cross the road, get up at the bus stop. A minibus without a number arrives, takes you to the Manavgat bus station for 50 liras. There are already various buses running from there to side, Novamolla shopping center, and so on.
In general, the hotel is not bad, you can relax in peace. There won't be any evening shows here, but they turn on some pretty nice music every day :) If you want to eat delicious food, take it with you.
By the way, many people strongly advised against bungalows. Someone was settled UNDER these houses, these are probably the most terrible rooms, with a view of the highway, a fence right in front of the window, on the 1st floor, and water flows from above. The bungalow has cardboard walls, but there is a Jacuzzi. And ants :) by the way, after ~ 21:00 the water is no longer hot, but slightly warm. So wash up earlier :)

There are also significant disadvantages that can be ignored, or they can be blown to the skies. Namely: the hotel is located close to a very busy highway, which creates noise. Even plastic windows won't save you. But it can be disturbing at night. During the day, you don't pay attention to the word at all. Birushi to help you. But we've been sleeping rough all day. The second drawback is that there is not much place to go in the evening. Walking along the highway is still fun. You can walk along the sea. The beach is huge and deserted. Only the residents of the hotel. A little further away, 4 and 5 star hotels can be reached. We felt like Robinsons, but with comfort. We were in May. The sun beds are fresh. I didn't have to take it in. The beach is not cleaned often, but the garbage is mostly of natural origin. Only on weekends the locals come by. After them, something remains ((. The beach is favored by sea turtles. Huge. We saw one in the sea. At night they went ashore and laid eggs. For fidgets... you can drive to Monavgat and Side. There is a grocery store opposite the hotel. There are no price tags. For locals and vacationers, the price varies.. A few in the distance there is a supermarket and a pharmacy, as well as a small market with beach goods. They are fed at home. You won't stay hungry. We took half board, we had enough. There is a bar with alcohol. The prices are horse-like everywhere else in Turkey. We were driving from Fan San. We flew with the Turkish airline Korindor. We were warned that we were not being fed or watered. In fact, they got me drunk and gave me a huge hot sandwich with cheese sprinkled with sesame seeds. We were a little nervous at the check-out. We did not wait for information from the tour operator (fan&sun). We didn't understand what the problem was. A two-star hotel. The food is terrible, it seems the cook does not try what he cooks. The room is always dirty, towels and bed linen are already old and have a musty smell. They do not give soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and then you need to go and ask for it yourself. Russian Russian is not spoken by the owner, and no one speaks Russian at all. The hotel itself is located on the outskirts. If you want to take a walk in the evening, you won't be able to.
You can leave the hotel by local bus, there is a stop on the opposite side. Manavgat will be written on the bus, they stop themselves. The fare is 50-60 liras, everyone charges differently for some reason. You arrive at the train station in Manavgat, and there you can safely find entertainment for yourself. You don't have to go to the waterfall, it's an ordinary river.
One of the advantages of the hotel is that it is located on the first coast. The sea itself is clean. Turtles come out at night to lay eggs. Beautiful view. But this is not the merit of the hotel.
In general, if you just need an economical overnight stay without any services, then you can go. If you are still looking for All Inclusive, then look for something more expensive.

I didn't see the changing room, nor the toilet. There was a trash can.
The room is nice, spacious for 3 people. Fresh renovation. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room. There is air conditioning, there is a TV with HDMI, the water was hot. There are two versions - either they naively hope that small Turkish families with children or elderly Germans will break out of the rooms and start making them a check, pouring liters of alcohol into themselves. Well, or it's a direct provocation against the Russians, since only our domestic music sounds and only the most nauseating of it. The bacchanal ends in the dead of night and then after a scandal. The day before yesterday we fought until 02:00. Yesterday before 00:00. Today they are threatening to pump the void again until midnight. The hotel owner himself is in charge of this nightmare. Considering that the bar is located right between the buildings, it is impossible to hide somewhere from this audio violence. If in this way the administration hopes to get rid of tourists, then they are awesome at it. P.S.

I agree with the previous reviews completely, as for the music, it's just a fierce tin. I was at the hotel just at the end of October 22, there was no peace of mind.
I would still understand if someone was really listening to her or someone was sitting in the bar area, but nothing like that.
And only the music would be fine, but the cleanliness in the rooms leaves much to be desired.
