Everything is amazing! We really liked it. Atmospheric, delicious and soulful. A very pleasant host and delicious wine. We will definitely come back again.
A very pleasant place. Delicious food, friendly hosts, parking in front of the restaurant, air conditioning inside. The homemade wine was very tasty. Thank you.
Very mixed impressions. On the one hand:
1) cozy atmosphere, nice people.
2) The host treated us to young wines, another guest treated us to a bowl of figs.
3) we took dolma in cabbage leaves, summer dolma, French fries, pasta with tomato sauce, two lula and compote 1l.
Each of the dishes is either just good, or delicious, or awesome.
4) coolness inside, escape from the summer heat
5) the menu is extensive, almost all of the menu is available
But before you decide that you need to go 100% here - about the cons:
1) we spent a little less than an hour and a half in total at the institution. Of these, we waited more than an hour for Lula. There's no time left to eat it. They wrapped up with themselves and left. The feeling that the place is designed for sightseeing minibuses and does not expect orders from random customers. At the same time, no one will come up to you and tell you that the food is delayed, just wait in ignorance.
2) French fries here are not French fries. In terms of not deep-fried potatoes, but just fried potatoes, it may be critical for someone
3) a portion of dolma in grape leaves - 6 small pieces for 2000 drams. I got used to a bigger portion for less money in Yerevan. Dolma herself is just fine.
A very good place at home, they made a hotel out of an apartment building, a doctor lived there, died, his children decided to make a hotel, the kitchen is good, except that in the traditions of Armenia, meat is over-salted and tough
A cozy family tavern-winery. The food was very tasty. The tasting is very intimate. I recommend cherry and pomegranate wine.

A small family cafe. We were at lunchtime and were alone. It's not the season yet. The warm attitude of the hosts, fast delivery. Everything is there. Very tasty. We were treated to our own wine and of course we bought a couple of bottles of different wines. Because it's impossible to resist. Finally, the owner showed the stone from which the cafe was made, on which the imprint of the feather of a prehistoric bird. When they built the house, they took stones and at the break, here is a feather. I'm putting the photo in. I was impressed.
The best place to stop and eat before the long road to the mountains. Also, I advise you to try their homemade wine, take sweet, from berries, you will not lose
A very "warm" place. We were fed the tastiest fish kebab with fragrant wine from those places.
The hospitable host, God grant him many years of life, held a home tasting of his wines. If it wasn't for the hand luggage, they would have taken more than two bottles.
The lovely and helpful waitresses did their best to make my family enjoy lunch.
I highly recommend you to visit!
The place is really sharpened for groups, cooking is long, but delicious.
We advise you to take hashlama (meat with stewed vegetables with broth) and lula, and, conversely, not to take Russian dishes, a la chicken noodles or borscht.
At the end, they offer to buy wine, which costs about 1/3 of lunch, in the region of 1200 rubles per liter of homemade wine in a plastic bottle. Although expensive, we took it, we recommend cherry, very tasty!
An amazing place! The food is very tasty, the portions are large, the service is excellent! They brought us a wine set, thanks to which we were able to decide on the choice of wine and buy a bottle with us! I liked everything very much
A very authentic place (food, music, interior).
Very good hosts!!! they are (in my opinion) the most hospitable of all Armenia, treated with young wine of their own production! The impressions were very good!
We were passing through on the way to Tatev. Very tasty food (tzhvzhik, hashlama, arisha, pickles), especially liked the lamb hashlama, rich. The owner conducted a tasting, liked the barberry wine, and they took a small bottle of it, if there was luggage, they would have taken a lot more :). Come on in, you won't regret it.
A pleasant place, very tasty food, you can taste wine from the winery and buy a bottle with you. The veranda overlooking the blooming garden is a separate bonus.
I really liked everything! Beef kebabs are generally a dump of the head, the most delicious that I have eaten in a year in Armenia!
The rest of the dishes were also very pleasant (even Caesar!)
And they also gave us delicious local wines to taste.
We stopped by for breakfast, a very pleasant place. We were guided by the reviews and were not mistaken. Delicious food, friendly and fast service. We were treated to homemade wine
The service spoils the whole experience! With such sighs, they change their own mistakes that they are not even in the mood to eat. On the street in the summer garden, wasps just swarm in the way of eating ... in general, look for other places!
The waiting and cooking time is only 40-60 minutes or more
A very nice place with home cooking. We had lunch and dinner here several times. For my taste, the most atmospheric place in Areni. In good weather, it is better to go right through and take tables on the terrace behind the building.

The food is of low quality, with mold, be careful! I do not recommend it, the quality of the food should be in the first place.
Delicious and affordable. I also enjoyed the wine cellar tasting

The food is amazing, you won't forget it and you'll definitely want to come back! During the meal, the host gives a sample of several wines of his own production and there is even sea buckthorn! I really liked the young red from the Areni variety, it is so saturated that it is difficult to meet such bottled wines.
