We have been using it for many years, so far it suits us. We recently switched to optical fiber, of course, we haven't developed yet, but I think everything will be fine. And the good people who work there will always tell you and help.
It sucks! Constant breaks and slow speed. It is useless to call - there is always one answer: dear subscriber, everything is fine on your line. What's normal here?

None of the three indicated numbers is responding!They turn on the music and reset it after 2 minutes. I've been using it for the second month, it was better in the first month, the outages were very, very frequent, but not for so long. I do not recommend it!
Personally, I can't say anything, I last used it in 2007, whereas the discount cards were connected at that time, there was the best provider, well, for me, Ars inform is just nostalgia!!!

The worst Internet provider, constantly falling off and reconnecting. It has not been stable for a week.
At the right moment, it just stops working and you wait 5 minutes for it to be available again. Other providers are no better either, but at least they work stably.
