Pros: a great room for four with sea views from all windows and balconies. Delicious food, although not a very large selection, but really delicious. Red fish was given twice in five days. Meat every day. The desserts are delicious.
Cons: lack of animation, paid sun beds, paid hammam, paid drinks on the beach. It is no longer the season, air conditioning is not needed, but from other reviews it can be seen that it is paid, as well as a safe. Everything is supposedly included. It's my first time in a city hotel, so there's nothing to compare it with. In large hotels on the shore, of course, the territory is huge and there are several bars and restaurants. There is no such thing here. You just need to keep that in mind.

I'll start with a good one: Location, entrance to the water on the beach, the beach itself, cleaning every day, near Starbucks, several cool shopping malls in 15-20 minutes on foot, 3 minutes to the beach on foot, that's probably all🥲
Of the cons: Everything else, a small room with no working light bulbs, thin walls between the rooms, a mosque screaming over loudspeakers from 5 a.m. - it was a hotel surprise! Next, the food - they ate the same thing, the potatoes were not cooked, as a result, the husband was poisoned and out of 10 days he spent 3.5 without leaving the room - tin. The staff does not speak Russian except for some words, they asked for a birthday compliment three times - ignore. An obsessive lady in the beauty salon inside the hotel. It was impossible to drink coffee and tea at the hotel, only Starbucks saved me, I went there every day, we couldn't wait to go home.

I got to the hotel by accident, because I bought a tour at the ARSI HOTEL, but it turned out to be a hostel and I was sent here. I arrived at 19:30 and was placed in the terrible room 1102 for the disabled on floor L, although there were many rooms available. The next day, with the help of a guide, I changed the number - 1218. But wherever you are accommodated, all the doors overlook the pool and in any room it will be noisy and a large gap around the door - everything can be heard.
The food, in general, is good, but on the 4th day I poisoned myself with something at dinner and vomited all night and everything else.... I already thought about packing my suitcase for the hospital, but I got over it, starved for a few days and ate selectively.
The location is good, it is for those who need shopping.
The beach is across the street, the entrance to the sea is good, in several places it is cleared of stones. A sunbed with umbrellas is paid (1 sunbed + 1 umbrella = 4 euros)
In general, the hotel is very noisy, music can scream until 12 at night along with drunk guests. A lot of Eastern Europeans and some got drunk and yelled.
When leaving the hotel, there was no information about the return transfer! The welcoming party in Turkey is Kilit Global - no information. I had to call myself and clarify everything.
Be careful - the room must be vacated before 11:00, otherwise there will be a fine of 35 euros.

It's definitely not 4 stars) even, on 3 so-so. But I didn't expect much for that kind of money, they took a hot tour the day before departure from what was.
I was lucky to live in the main building - the room is small, but everything was new enough. The mattress is a hard ball, as I like it. It was quite cozy and had everything you needed, on TV 1 Russian TNT channel and, it seems, there was no English - Turkish and German only.
The food is not very varied, but surprisingly tasty. Fruits: watermelon, plums, apricots, oranges.
The beach is nearby, sandy. Sun beds and an umbrella are paid - two sun beds plus an umbrella for $ 7 per day.
Good location, you can walk to the fortress and the lighthouse or to the center, view of the inscription ai love Alanya from the back of the hotel.

We "rested" with the child in July 2024. I do not advise anyone! The hotel in ancient times received 4 stars and now uses it, in fact 2 maximum. If you check in together, then you will definitely be accommodated in the barracks, which were completed behind the beautiful main building (while significantly reducing the hotel territory and increasing the number of guests), which appears in the photos. These buildings stand close to each other, going out on the balcony you can shake hands with your neighbors. Everything is right next to each other. There is no space. Narrow corridors (about a meter wide) lead to the rooms. A steep staircase with high and narrow steps leads to the second floor. There will be a maid's cart endlessly in the hallway and dirty bed linen right on the floor, because it's not an easy task to take this stuff down. Very dirty, everywhere! On the sun beds, in the pool, in the dining room - the staff does not even have time to clean up the garbage. The rooms are much smaller in size than in the main one, despite the fact that the hotel declares that all rooms of the same type are standard. The room is just as dirty, the cleaning is mediocre, we walked with a rag and that's it. Upon check-in, there was no hot water in our room, the pressure was weak and cold, the shelf in the bathroom was broken, small fragments lay right on the sink! Sand clung to my feet. The tiles in the shower are dirty, the seams are mildewed. There was no peephole in the front door, there was just a through hole through which you could observe our lives. A separate story with air conditioning. It is there and functioning, but only when you are in the room and the key card is inserted into the ACS, it is not possible to leave the air conditioner in the absence, because the key is tightly welded on the ring and issued in one copy. At the same time, the air conditioner is installed directly at the head of the bed and it sounds hard when you sleep. I had to wake up every 2 hours and turn it off, and then turn it on, because during the day the building warmed up and did not cool down. When asked to change the room, we were fed breakfast until there were 3 days left before the end of the rest and I gave up. They even refused to pay extra. There are few Russians, there are all kinds of minorities: gays, transgender people. The pool is only 100 sq m, for me, with a height of 168 waist high. The number of people per square meter is off the scale. There are queues for breakfast / lunch /dinner, there are not enough tables, you need to wait until it is free and it will be removed. The food is monotonous, it is impossible to eat half of it. There are no desserts. The dishes are dirty, you need to check. Stupidly thrown into the dishwasher without first rinsing. The attitude is bestial, the staff does not care about the visitors, I will still stand giggling behind my back. The juices are diluted with water. I think it's straight from the tap (the same in the cooler). When I was there, 4 people were poisoned, including me and my daughter. The claimed WiFi is enough for correspondence in messengers, it will not work on the remote. Also, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is a mosque right next to the hotel, for whom silence is important. The beach is urban, dirty, the locals do not clean up the garbage from the word at all. They clean it overnight and somehow before lunch, since the afternoon everything is in the trash. There is a beach across a small two-lane road, but cars are not allowed even at a pedestrian crossing, you need to stand and wait for the moment when the traffic stops or run over. The beach is sandy and pebbly, but there are huge stone slabs in the water, there are entrances without them, you need to look for (usually there is a crowd of people). A normal city hotel. The food is no frills, but there is enough of everything. It is not recommended for heavy drinkers. The rooms are normal, the sea is opposite, the center of Alanya is a 10-minute walk away. The staff is unobtrusive, but they do the job. Pretty clean.

It's a horror, not a hotel, I don't understand where the good reviews come from, everyone I talked to at the hotel is in shock

I stayed at this hotel in August 2024. Of the advantages, only the sea is across the road. The hotel clearly does not pull for 4. There is no soap or shampoo in the rooms. The food is normal. The pool in the hotel is very small and packed to the brim with Turkish children. The staff does not speak Russian. But the scariest thing is when they put you in a room supposedly with a "balcony"! I had never seen such a thing before and could not even imagine it. Go out on the "balcony" and find yourself under the table!!! A very small room!!! I had to move with a scandal!!!

The hotel is very conveniently located, the sea is across the street, the weather was gorgeous in March, a well-equipped promenade, we rented bicycles, 20 lira per day. Many people are settled in 2 small buildings, there is no Ice according to conversations, we were lucky to get right into the main building, they gave us the 1st floor, in fact it is the second. The size of the room certainly does not correspond to the stated 16 m, but everything is nice and cozy. There is a kettle, 2 pieces of soap and soap in the dispensary. Cleaning every day, according to food, from meat chicken and turkey in any variations, there was fish twice, sweets (certain) are very tasty. The staff is polite, everything is clean. From 15 to 16-00 sweet table. We are very satisfied, we went by ourselves on the funicular, an excursion to the canyon through the agency. There were a lot of people, mostly Germans, there were no queues. A budget hotel.

We were at the hotel from 9.02-02/16.23 room 1313 in the main building. A good hotel for a solid four, the staff is friendly, cleaning every day, hot water in the room, the food was delicious, meat every day for lunch and dinner, sometimes fish, wine and beer are quite decent, the sandy beach is across the street, the Internet worked perfectly throughout the hotel. A white rabbit lives near the pool)) In Alanya, we have been repeatedly in different 3 and 4 star hotels, so far this is the best! P.S. Free air conditioning only with all inclusive, the rest is an additional fee of 5 euros.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are excellent, all plumbing is new, cleaning every day. The hotel is located in the center of Alanya, while it is located in such a way that it has a small territory on which there is a swimming pool with a slide, terraces and of course a bar. Probably, the crisis still affected here, since cocktails were free last year. There are currently 100,110 Turkish liras. Other drinks, wine, beer are free of charge. The food is varied. The cook, of course, periodically turns on irrepressible imagination and mixes the strangely combined, but there is always a choice from other dishes. You won't stay hungry. Contingent: Europe and Turks on weekends, which is not annoying by the way. Sometimes it's even boring when these noisy families with many children leave and a measured European life begins. The staff is considerate and attentive. Thank you so much to the management for creating such a cozy place

My wife and I stayed at the hotel from April 28 to May 5, 2023, and I will say that we liked it. You can go to Turkey and then dig up as much as you want to the food, rooms, staff, smelly armpits of a neighbor, etc. and so on. But I think that this is not advisable and we did not go there to look out for shoals and get upset about them!
The location is the coolest - the sea is just across the street (I'm not embellishing). Some say that the beach is not as magnificent as Cleopatra Beach, which is on the other side of the Fortress...everything is fine with the beach there, don't listen to anyone.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned on time. We checked into the room immediately with a large double bed. We didn't even have to negotiate with the cunning administrators (as they often do in 3-4 stars) to be given a room with one single bed, for this a straight plus sign
PLEASE NOTE! Since there is a mosque very close by, it may seem that the early azan is very loud (especially for those who are light sleepers), you may wake up because of this. In the rooms, the audibility of sounds from the street is decent. Maybe in the season there, of course, it's loud on the streets, I don't know, but in April-May it sleeps great 😁
A cannon for food. If you want to eat, that's it) They cook delicious, cook a lot. Vegan? No problem, here are some fruit and vegetable dishes for you. Do you like meat? You are welcome. Do you like sweets? Cakes, cupcakes, brownies, etc. Everything is super on food, I won't even list it.

We had a rest at the hotel together in November 2022.
There was a night flight, at 10 a.m. we were already at the hotel. We put on bracelets and fed breakfast, thank you so much for that. The room was given on the second floor of a two-storey building. The room is small but everything is clean and tidy. The food is good, there is something to choose from, delicious grill, chicken fish meat. Vegetables, side dishes, were not hungry. Good alcohol. The pool is cold in November, I took a dip a couple of times. Friendly staff. There are many Germans staying at the hotel. The sea is across the street. But we went to Cleopatra Beach by the sea. There's sand, azure water and movement. Walking for 30-40 minutes at a walking pace. You can take the bus for 7 minutes. It's great there, we swam and sunbathed. The sea in November is a bomb, 24-25 degrees. A large number of clothing stores brightened up our evenings. Overall, a great hotel in the center of Alanya. Consider it for a budget vacation.

But who really comes to the sea to surf the Internet? Inside the hotel there is also its own hairdresser and Turkish bath hamam with a course of treatments for different tastes and budgets. There is a beach across the street. Sunbeds and umbrellas, who would doubt, are paid. It is quite clean, but the rest is greatly overshadowed by the rocky bottom near the shore: among the sharp ledges it is almost impossible to swim without injuring yourself. The final impression is not a delight, but it is quite acceptable.

Not a bad hotel for very little money.
They lived from February 12 to February 25.
Our trip meant that we would not stay at the hotel, we were just going back to sleep.
They only took breakfast.
We were offered not only a paid safe, but also a paid air conditioner!!!)))))
But the most terrible thing is the underwear. A double bed has a terry sheet measuring 1.2 m. It is unclear how and what to hide for her. We studied the whole vacation hiding under a blanket without a duvet cover and sheets. Extremely unpleasant.

The hotel is terrible. We have been to Turkey 20 times in different hotels and fours and fives and even once in a threesome. But we have not seen such horror. We flew on business, there was no time to choose. We chose the one that is closer to work and on instant confirmation. The shower is broken, the towels are washed, the colors are not even gray, it is impossible to understand if they were changed for you, or put the old ones back. The walls are cardboard, you can hear the neighbors murmuring in the toilet and discussing their problems. The food is very poor, although the truth is everything is fresh. There is simply nothing to eat for breakfast. There is not even yogurt or cottage cheese. Of the dried fruits, only raisins, there is no onion, which is usually full in any hotel.one kind of cookie and broken waffles. Scrambled eggs were given once a week, and so all boiled eggs. There was a fish once too. We are not picky, we saved ourselves with rice and vegetables. The wine is not tasty, the beer is normal. The beach is not equipped, although we were in March, and there are already a lot of tourists, there are no sunbeds on the beach. The entry into the sea is bad, broken plates, you can break your legs. The attitude towards German tourists differs from us in a coordinated way. They almost lick their heels, reserved the best tables, put flowers, decorated with flowers. No one is allowed in there.It 's very unpleasant . I would not advise anyone to come here. The only plus is the location of the hotel. Everything is nearby, the fortress is a 20-minute walk away. We walked a lot, because we didn't want to go back to the hotel.

From a good location, there was a Starbucks nearby for coffee, only we went there for breakfast, it was terrible. Also, the old town itself is nearby, we went to the shops in Migros like our five. There was a good cafe nearby with prices and delicious food. And they have a funny cat. I do not recommend it.

We stayed at the Arsi Enfi City beach Hotel in March 2022. We were with the children. I liked the rest! The rooms are cleaned daily; the food is very varied, despite the fact that it was out of season and the hotel was half empty - they cooked a lot and very tasty😋😋
The indisputable advantage of the hotel is also its location - the first coastline; a sandy beautiful beach across the street; all kinds of shops and cafes nearby. There is also a small playground nearby.
I would also like to note the friendliness and friendliness of the staff!

The hotel is very old. The bed linen is grey, stained like a doormat. The food is very poor.even fried eggs for breakfast were cooked 1 time a week. This hotel has one advantage - it's location-the city center, walking distance to the Kale Fortress, the Red Tower, the Damlatash cave. And the hotel itself is bad - dirty and damp rooms, many have a terrible smell of sewage, no one speaks Russian at the reception, so there is a misunderstanding all the time. The most incomprehensible thing for us was that the hotel and the restaurant have different owners. The reception says one thing, the restaurant owner says another. And in this hotel, for the first time, we felt a negative attitude towards Russian people. Especially from the restaurant boss. Germans and Turks can do anything, they are served by waiters, they are smiled at. And they don't even pour tea for Russians, they offer to pour it from the device, it's not delicious in a paper cup. The food is very poor, the simplest dishes, not even scrambled eggs for breakfast. In general, if you only spend the night, then you can certainly go to this hotel. But we will never come again:(

We stayed at the hotel from November 4 to November 15.What I liked - Everything is fine. The weather was super +26 degrees, we swam in the sea every day. Beautiful view,great room,cleaning every day,linen change in 2-3 days.Friendly staff.Great food and drink. You can walk to the center, there are many inexpensive shops. Of the minuses, it catches the Internet poorly, but we came to rest, and not to sit on the Internet. I liked the Spa, especially the massage.Excellent massage therapists Oksana and Umud.A hammam without a steam room is a minus.

I really liked the hammam at the hotel:
many thanks to the administrator Alla, who met us, told us about all the nuances and differences of spa culture in Turkey and much more. Separately, I would like to thank the workers Derya and Alena, who actually performed the procedures, were very attentive and felt with their whole body what masters of their craft they were.
What didn't you like:
-1 key to all rooms. They were afraid to leave valuables in the room, even in the safe. Also, anyone could inadvertently mix up and fall into the room.
- Cleaning wants the best.I don't consider room cleaning to be normal: making the bed and mopping the floor. Towels and soap have not been changed for 4 days.
Upon entering the room, there were only 2 towels and a bar of soap. Hand and face towels were delivered only after 2 days. There were no gels or shampoos.
- A mosque and a school are located next to the hotel. Since the door opened directly into the courtyard, Namaz with the first rays of the sun and the noise from the school were clearly audible.
Overall, the overall impression was good.

The hotel is normal. We had a vacation with our daughter in February. The sea is across the street - an outdoor swimming pool inside the courtyard of the hotel (in winter, accordingly, it did not work). The location is super - everything is nearby. And to the city center and shopping malls. Towels were not changed every day - but they were always cleaned. There were ants in the room (small black ones) - I think because there was a room on the 1st floor. All-inclusive meals are monotonous. But again, I write off that this is not the season.

I am not a fan of writing reviews, but I want to draw the attention of vacationers more than the management of this institution, because they have solved the issue. There is a SPA at this hotel, we bought a massage course, paid at the reception, and were given a key to a locker for storing personal belongings. After the session ended, my wallet disappeared from my closed locker and from my bag. Either with the help of a duplicate, or a suspicious man (according to the staff, that this is a guest), who came in 2 times during our session, maybe he took the key, pulled out the wallet and returned it back, well, it's not for nothing that he came in 2 times. We went to the reception, the staff claim that their staff could not do this and everyone was very conscientious, they looked at the cameras, only the staff and this man came into the storage room, it is also clear from the cameras that I was paying for the course before the session and I had a wallet. The manager did not want to settle the situation in any way, at most he offered to make a small discount. Honestly, after this situation, there is no desire to visit this place anymore. There are many questions and misunderstandings about how it was possible to let the situation take its course and not accept the fact that the theft occurred on the territory of this institution, although they themselves said how important the opinion and feedback of tourists were to them. The police are working now, they have seized the video from the cameras. Be careful, it was not at the market or on the bus that the wallet was pulled out, but from the luggage room.

I liked the hotel. The kitchen is excellent, varied, clean. The territory is well maintained. The staff is helpful. The only thing is that towels cannot be taken to the beach and pool.

We were in this hotel recently, of the cons-the Internet catches only on the 1st floor,on the other floors there is no Internet connection 🤦♀️at the reception there are people who generally understand Russian very poorly and if problems arise they are not going to solve them((( the rooms were obviously cleaned badly, only the bed was made and that's itthe floor was always dirty 👎what the hell is going on on the beach, people who, so to speak, serve this beach are very "rude", people complained that they threw away their slippers,towels,personal belongings🤦♀️people working in the hammam go backwards and impose their services🤦♀️

It's terrible!!! We rested from 06/05/19-06/14/19. The standard triple room was paid for. Two adults, one child. They put us in a double room (two single beds) and brought a cot!!!! We also offered to throw money "from above" and talked and demanded... It's useless! A separate guide (anex tour) is absolutely useless and uncomfortable! All rooms are equally tiny. There are mountains of cigarette butts, bottles, etc. under the windows. Keep in mind that most rooms are on the ground floor, or "balcony to balcony" - you can shake hands with your neighbors!!! In the room: Garbage is not taken out, bed linen and towels are changed every five days! Only the floor is washed daily. The overall picture is saved only by fresh repairs. Although there were small holes on the sheets. The food is medium: a lot of greens, watermelon is normal from fruits, apricots are sour. The slide in the pool is turned on before lunch for 1 hour and after lunch for 1 hour. The hotel staff brazenly pretend that they do not understand Russian, although they speak our language perfectly!!! The bar has beer, white and red wine, gin, crayfish. Everything is non-alcoholic! You can drink buckets - you won't get drunk! (the only thing we haven't tried is crayfish). The beach belonging to the hotel is also shitty!!! You can't tell a friend! Cigarette butts, papers, bottles, used contraceptives!

Only the location is good, everything else is bad. The food is poor, the fish was given 1 time in 8 days. We had a rest in the new year, the rooms are unbearably cold, only with their own stove. The air conditioner is right above the bed and blows directly into your face. I can't even imagine how they sleep in the summer. The floor is made of granite, without heating, it is impossible to step on.
