We have just returned from this hotel. When choosing this hotel, I looked through all the reviews.The hotel is quite consistent with 4, the rooms are freshly renovated, daily cleaning, there is enough food (well, not the same....you came), and relax by the sea. There are a lot of foreigners, Russians can be counted on the fingers.The treatment is good for us. How do you behave, is that how they treat you? the sea is across the road, but there is no traffic light.(Be careful, they don't follow the rules of the DD). Drinks include vodka, gin and tonic, wine
and paid alcohol. Lots of fruits.Minus I can only put 1: there are no sunbeds, they are paid. A towel can be obtained at the Hammam for an advance of 20 euros or $ 20, upon return, the money is refunded. If you don't bother too much on your vacation, then I highly recommend it.

The location is good, not by the road, quiet and peaceful. I really liked the food. Delicious, varied, perfectly cooked. Fruits , vegetables, herbs, meat are different . Wonderful beer . Cola, fanta, sprite -drink as much as you want.Wine for three.
From the service - even in the top three they give slippers, shampoo, gel. They don't give anything here, it's very strange. The shower was leaking so that you couldn't go to the toilet, the water was constantly standing, which made the room dirty.
There were almost no Russian tourists in the hotel , mostly European residents .
The staff is very kind.
The pool is small and the water is constantly cold.

I purchased a ticket through Level Travel (the operator is Biblio Globus), the welcoming party is Kilit Global. There was no guide in the transfer, the driver brought him to the Arsi hotel at 19:30, put out a suitcase and quickly left. Imagine my surprise when it turned out at the reception that the hotel had become a HOSTEL for local youth and they told me goodbye! Turkish girls helped me, called a taxi and sent me to Arsi Enfi City Beach.
Why are vouchers for a non-working hotel being sold, who is hiding it? I really wanted to go to Arsi Hotel, because I have been vacationing there since 2016 and have always been satisfied.
Such a brazen deception, they left me alone late at night in a non-working hotel and left! Level Travel and Biblio Globus remain silent, no one cares.
I do not advise anyone to travel through Biblio Globus and Level Travel has undermined trust. And also the Arsi hotel chain has become indifferent to tourists.

I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't resist it. Today is 08/20/2024 and I am in this hotel ?
The room stock does not match the description on the website from the word at all. We got a room for the disabled 👍 poor disabled people who will get into this room! Just like everyone else. There is no closet in the room, only a built-in one in which not even 2 people can decompose their belongings. 4 hangers, I don't know which dump they were dragged from. For some reason, they stuck an extra bed in us and we have to jump on our bed from the end because there is simply no place on the side of the bed. The refrigerator is barely there and smelly. There is only 1 shelf above the sink in the bathroom, water leaks from under the shower so there is water on the floor all the time. And the cherry on the cake is an air conditioner that buzzes like a jet plane that vibrates the walls. In general, I have never met a worse hotel. The only thing that is more or less food, but so far I've only been to dinner, I don't know about breakfast and lunch yet, but I have no illusions. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The attitude at the reception is boorish - a person just leaves and does not answer questions. He does not respond to the request (not just one, and in different variations from a sweet smile to the state of a migera).
As a result, the room was still changed, they gave a normal one on the 4th floor, but another strange nuance was discovered. These are the maids who clean the rooms ALL DAY and chatter incessantly at the top of their voices on the floor. That is, if you expect to relax after lunch in the hottest heat in your room, then you have miscalculated - you will have endless screeching chatter in your ear, and perhaps also music, as well as a delight for the ears - the rumbling of buckets. I'm shocked. That is, the administration generally trains its staff that they should not interfere with guests and their work does not involve a "club of interests".

Quite a normal urban 4-ka, the furniture in the room is normal, there is a refrigerator and a refrigerator, plumbing, too, hot water was constantly. The only thing on the bed is a very soft mattress, I don't like that, but my husband is normal. And the sheet was kind of small, it turned out to be under me all the time, it didn't hold well on the mattress. From food every day, fish, chicken in different types, a lot of fruits, a lot of vegetable salads, sweets are also constantly different types. You won't leave hungry. Breakfast is not very good for me, only eggs, vegetables and sausages, although this is considered a standard European breakfast. From alcohol:the beer is diluted like everywhere else, the wine is dry only, gin and tonic went great, cocktails for a fee.

We stayed at this hotel in November for 23 years, we liked literally everything - proximity to the sea, service, food, staff work, service, and most importantly attitude.
I forgot my eyeglasses in the room, wrote them in the mail and they were saved for my next visit.
We are very grateful and recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to relax in Alanya

At the reception, in principle, they refuse to speak Russian, the hotel is international, alcohol is reluctantly poured in the bar, the rooms are not like in the picture, they are cleaned quite well, you can't take food to the rooms, they feed well, but there is no soup, they give broth instead of soup, the rest is normal, quite clean, we got a room with a view on the sea, another of the minuses of the walls is very thin, you can hear the neighbors, even when they go to the toilet and talk very audibly. Bottom line: it's very cool to spend the night and eat, the condey is working, the repairman is old, we, as travelers who only come to sleep, are generally normal. The rest is up to everyone's judgment, they didn't stay hungry for a minute.

The hotel is very old. One of the positive points is the convenient location, the food is always fresh. The rest of the hotel is terrible. The rooms are old and dead. The refrigerator does not freeze at all, the bed linen is washed, gray in color, they do not give shampoo, there is not even a glass for toothbrushes. The choice of food is very poor, although everything is delicious. There is not even water in the room, I had to pour it into my bottle from the cooler. We traveled for work, so we didn't bother. THIS IS TERRIBLE!!!!! We arrived at the arsi Paradise hotel at night, we heard that there were no places. We spent another hour checking into Cleopatra's arcis. As a result, instead of 4 stars and 2, there is nothing to eat, the pool is scanty, sun beds and towels for 120 lira each per day, there is no bar on the beach. there is 1 towel in the room for all needs, the refrigerator does not work, there is no animation. There is a lot of mud on the way to the sea. I'm tired of listing the CONS (but that's not all) . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CHAIN OF THESE HOTELS TO ANYONE. THE MONEY WAS WASTED!!!!!!! And no one is going to decide anything, the operator biblios globus said you are listed where you need to be...... That's it. Tourists are abandoned to their fate. They also said that this is the case with these hotels all the time.

I had a rest in November 2022. I've never seen anything like this before! All at least Russians are settled in other hotels, then they move back to another one, and in the middle of the vacation you find yourself in the hotel that you bought. At the same time, the staff smiles and offers to drink coffee, allegedly does not know languages. I had people with me who knew both English and Turkish. And the worst part was when I went on a tour for a few days, my room was resold and things were taken out of it. And they climbed into my suitcase and bags. I was offered to sit in the lobby and wait for another room. I was super outraged, as a result, I was given another room through the scandal, with compensation for all-inclusive meals. As a result, a guy came to my room from the reception desk - he threatened me and swung at me so that I would not shoot a video and complain about him. The hotel itself has been described many times. It's quite decent, the plumbing is old, the food is decent. But both the tax and the gendarmerie are crying for them, they are doing money frauds with tourists, selling one room to several people, Do not go there! I also read the reviews, but I thought it wouldn't affect me. The contingent is the majority of elderly foreigners.

At the reception, ham, we booked a standard double room with 2 meals a day, as a result, there are 3 single beds in the room, blankets as thick as a waffle towel (it's December 4 and it's very cold at night without heating). We were told to take blankets in the closet - if we saw antique blankets as if from the corpse of a dog, then this is them. It is unclear whether they have been erased in this decade. We did not dare to take them.
A separate story is the air conditioner!
We took an air-conditioned room - we paid extra for it when booking. Upon check-in, it turned out that the door to the balcony was open and the room was empty, we decided to turn on the air conditioner for heating.... Here a surprise awaited us - the remote control for the air conditioner is paid - 3€ per day. When we said that we had booked a room with air conditioning, we were told that there is an air conditioner, but the remote control is not listed in the room configuration) When explaining our situation to the man at the reception, we caught a serious agr, raised tone, switching to "you" in a very unfriendly way. Fortunately, they asked for the remote control from the neighbors from olinclusive, where the remote control is included in the price. But even here there is a nuance - the bomb rattles as if it is preparing for takeoff to the ISS. It's loud and makes it difficult to focus on something good. By the way, there are almost no sockets either, we counted 3 for the whole room) There is certainly no extension cord or something like that)
In general, I do not recommend it, the schedule of breakfasts / lunches / dinners is made for grandmothers who get up at 6 in the morning and hurry somewhere. The renovation also dates back to the youth of these grannies.
In terms of food, the chicken is delicious, the rest is mediocre. A 2-course meal of drinks includes only juice, which tastes like yapi (powdered drink). Tea and coffee are paid - 20 and 35 liras, respectively.
Wi-Fi does not load from the word at all, not like watching a movie, here even video messages are not sent in a telegram. If you work remotely, this is not an option at all.
To sum up, if you are a retired granny and you are drawn to the sea, then you will really like it. If you are NOT a retired granny, then choose another option and do not waste your nerves, time and money on this "conscientious" hotel.

For the New Year holidays, the cost of the tour from the Tui operator was 90,000 for two people. It's not that bad. Booked in the middle of November.
Rooms. Our room had dirty walls, a trace of a glued painting and crazy splashes from the shower and faucet. That is, you can't get used to such sounds.
The receptionist offered a choice of 3 more rooms and all of them were even worse. One has a view of the roof, the other is very cramped, the third has no balcony. And they all smelled of smoke.
So we chose the very first one, with traces of the painting on the wall.
At the same time, the family complained that the three of them and the child were placed in a room with a double bed.
I will note the audibility separately. In the bathroom, it's outrageous. You can hear people playing music from their phone, not to mention their own sounds. The speech is in detail.
Meal.
The schedule is not very convenient.
Breakfast is until 9:30, lunch is until 13:30, and dinner is until 19:30.
And this is not very convenient for “owls“ who will not be able to wake up for breakfast and will want to eat at 22 or later.
An afternoon snack is just three types of cookies.
In short, there is a feeling that they want to drink more and eat less. Economy.
Only drinks are constantly available. And only tea, water and alcohol are natural. And there is no tea at 22 o'clock either.
The variety is moderate. We received fish 2 times in 7 days. And the first time it was bitter and semi-canned, and the second time it was simply tasteless.

Tomatoes are greenish and unripe. Cucumbers come across sour, forage and overripe.
Salads can even be made from pasta with ketchup or fried potatoes with onions. You can also always enjoy chopped white onions from a separate dish and mint.
There is a lot of greenery. Olives for breakfast and lunch. But you can definitely find one salad to your liking.

A modest hotel. The beach is 3 minutes away. There are shops nearby. The rooms are old, cleaned every three days. Air conditioning is only in the rooms, so it is quite hot in the corridors and in the restaurant. The staff speaks English and Turkish. The buffet is quite modest (chicken, fish, vegetables, pasta, potatoes, cheese, sausage)+ some local desserts a la puddings/mousses, watermelon, grapes, peaches. There are no beach towels, only soap in the bathroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Cats also walk freely around the territory, they can jump on your chair, begging for food) the staff is friendly and always ready to help.

I was at the hotel on 30.12.2018-06.01.2019.The number is new. She lived in the main building. Everything worked. Clear. There was a kettle in the room, but no tea, coffee, or water is provided. The staff is friendly. Good location relative to the center. The breakfast is normal (I took only breakfasts).
The hotel is guilty of overbooking. On the first night, they were sent to another Arcis hotel - the old scary one. I read about it in the reviews. I thought it could only be in the summer. They were relocated the next day.
