After looking at the photos of flowers on the website, I found very beautiful peony-shaped roses, bright, and came to the store itself to book a trail.one day, there was a fresh delivery, when I saw them in person, I was horrified and asked if they would make me a bouquet of these, they told me not to worry, they would be cleaned, stand in water and become beautiful. The next day I came to pick them up, there was no choice, but they still didn't look very good, the petals were yellow, discolored, I thought maybe they still needed time in the water, after 4 days the flowers wilted completely. I wrote on Instagram, except for "we see fresh flowers, yellow petals are protective," I didn't hear anything, but the fact that not only the extreme petals are there, but the whole bud is yellow, as if they don't see it. I know how to take care of roses, they always stand for up to 2 weeks, but to wilt completely after 4 days is very strong
Still, the question is, why take photos from the Internet instead of live photos, so that people know what they are like in life, and not expectations that don't match reality?

I recently visited the store and was pleasantly surprised.
"Ars Lilia" really deserves attention.. First of all, I want to mention the large selection of colors. From roses for every taste and color, to exotic options. All the flowers are fresh, the atmosphere in the store has a good mood.
The order was executed well, the flowers stood for a long time. Special thanks to the florist for taking into account all my preferences in the bouquet.
I will definitely order you more!

The order was placed on May 28 at 12:30 with a note — "As early as possible in the morning." Through Telegram, I have repeatedly clarified that the bouquet is needed by 9 a.m. The manager confirmed that delivery is possible at this time.
May 29, 10:20 a.m. - the order has not been completed. At the same time, the feedback is very strange. No one in the company knows anything. I had to look for a bouquet all morning. As a result, there was no feedback. The birthday party started with a showdown.
Most importantly, they were happy to take money and not a little. I will try to return the funds.
Disappointed with the level of service. There are plenty of alternatives in the city where they take their responsibilities more seriously.
