The property is surrounded by construction sites: tonnes of noise, dust. Rooms are small and dark like capsule hotel. No desk for working. Absolutely incompetent staff that have no clue about customer care. There are so much nicer hotels in the city.
Nice clean and peaceful hotel. Friendly review staff. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is excellent. Not far from the airport. Since we were at the Shoh International Hospital, we had a convenient location.
The rooms are clean and tidy.
Very small rooms. There is no refrigerator, there is no locker for clothes either, I had to put everything on a chair.
The reception is friendly, but cunning. They promise to give change in the morning, if you don't remind them, they don't give it. I was refunded after I said, and then not the entire amount, I had to return. They returned it but with a favor and there is already no smile))
Not a bad hotel chain. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast with a good selection of buffets. Their disadvantages were only hot and cold water jumping in the shower when someone from below or above used the toilet or shower. In general, I liked it, I will come again

A "fresh" hotel with a stylish interior, spacious rooms and good furniture, but there is something to complain about:
1. High-rise and dense pillows. Everyone I know likes it softer. I did not find out if they provide softer pillows on request.
2. There is a kettle in the room, but the socket for it is either on the floor (the cord will not reach) or on the bedside shelf.
3. There were difficulties with setting up warm water in the shower. It was either boiling water or ice water. It is not clear whether the problem is in the mixer or systemically in the pipeline.
4. The dishes (cups) in the room are pretty, but there is a rim-recess on the edge, which apparently is not washed properly and a fastidious and attentive guest will notice deposits on them.
Very spacious and comfortable loft-style rooms. We lived on Thursday with my wife, child and mother. Unfortunately, no photos were taken, but those that are on the site correspond to reality. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
I do not recommend it. Good reviews on booking, in reality - a new hotel surrounded by a road and a construction site. The first time they gave me the key to the room where people were sleeping, they went down, gave me a second room with a single bed! No one even apologized, no one will take your luggage to the room, In General, we turned around and left for another hotel. Disgusting, ugly, I do not recommend it!
The linen is wrinkled and stained. There was only one set of towels in the 2-bed room. I had to ask them to bring it.
Instead of the two identical standard rooms booked in November, which were selected based on the submitted photos, they were given only one. The second number is two times smaller. To the question: "why?" Did they say the rooms were occupied???
The breakfast was excellent.
There was no hot water for almost two days. They didn't compensate with anything.
Moreover, they decided to evict me because I allegedly did not warn them how many days I arrived.
It's okay, but... There is no refrigerator, the light turns off only when you turn off the electricity in the room (pull out the key). It's very annoying.

Knowing how the hotel business works in Uzbekistan, when booking at a booking, I always write in messages asking to confirm the reservation and the amount of payment.
It was the same this time. I was confirmed the amount of payment as it was written in the booking, and three days before check-in, I was sent a message that I still need to add a tour fee from each person for every day. I tried to convey the information that in other hotels, when booking, the cost of the hotel is immediately indicated and the tour fee and the total amount are separately indicated, that three days before check-in you can not do this, it's not beautiful. In general, I don't know if it's important for you to add $ 50 to the cost, but it's important for me. As a result, I canceled my reservation and found a better place.
