I came to buy a Christmas tree and toys with my wife and daughter. Three people have been looking for an answer to two questions for a long time. He craved attention and help. No one was interested in helping me buy a Christmas tree and toys. I waited for 20 minutes. I turned to various "consultants". I didn't wait for attention, I left. I'm not coming back anymore.
Customer focus is zero.
This is not a complaint, with my precious New Year's gift to the owner, who may not be aware that he does not have any sellers/consultants in his store. And if he is aware of it and he is satisfied with it, then no complaints, just good wishes and good luck to the business.
