An incredibly atmospheric place. We thought we'd stop by for a minute, but ended up staying an hour. We saw an exhibition of paintings by local artists. Next to the vintage, they found interesting jewelry for themselves. And after visiting the exhibition and the store, we refreshed ourselves with cold coffee in the shade of the Art Cafe. I advise everyone who will be in Yerevan to visit this place.

The place is very atmospheric! It's a pity we didn't attend the concert there. But there is something to see, take pictures, you can sit with a cup of coffee and more! If we are in Yerevan, we will definitely come back!

A beautiful and atmospheric place filled with creativity. The only thing I didn't like was the exhibition. The inflated price for admission to it is at least. And it's not about the exhibits, but about the organization and design of the exhibition.
But the initiative to create such a space in this location deserves praise. We hope to visit again!

Just today, a small bar "EREK UYU CHORS" appeared in Art-Kvartal, a very pleasant place and people. I advise everyone to look for a cool cider or a fruit smoothie

A super atmospheric art place in the center of Yerevan. There is no such place anymore. There is a gallery where they show modern art and much more! All the guys there are very kind and warm.

Profanity by all accounts. The prices are very high, you can expect that you have a large exposition and interesting works in front of you, but this is not the case - you don't have to look at the exhibits for 15 minutes. The service is so-so. Coffee prices are also going through the roof with completely inappropriate content.

Уютный закуток с основной улицы. Зашли случайно, не видели даже вывески - завлекло оформление арки. Персонал, как и везде в Ереване, очень милые и гостеприимные. Попробовали домашнее вино - крепленное, что было неожиданно. Другие блюда взять не успели - зашли недалеко

Здесь действительно живут, едят, работают в своих милых студиях и выставляются художники. Творческому человеку или поклонникам такого стоит посетить это место.

Замечательное место!
Обязательно для посещения.
Такого радушного приема у мер в Ереване ещё не было. Показали соло выставки, рассказали об экспозиции, провели целую экскурсию по пространству.
На территории есть прекрасное кафе с любимыми блюдами известных художников и резидентов.
Подвал с работами художников просто потрясающий!

Тут живут, и работают художники и другие люди творческих профессий. Регулярно проходят разные мероприятия. Уютно, мило.
